The hotel is an easy 8 minute walk from the airport and is located on one of the best beaches on the island. The ocean views and scenery are divine and there are benches and low walls all around so that guests can enjoy them and the cool breezes. The hotel has a pretty good fine dining restaurant and a poolside bar, and there is an adjacent mimi-mart that stocks most toiletries, foodstuff for self catering and other odds and ends that visitors find useful. The beach - Store Bay - is accessed by a short flight of stairs and the neighbouring facility has an abundant supply of craft items, delicious and varied cooked local food and tour guide offerings. The convenience of the location extends to the easy walking access to the Crown Point area which opens up choices for hearty cooked food for lunch and dinner. The hotel building and rooms are retro and a bit dated but clean and adequately provisioned, and security on the compound is good and reliable. Crown Point Bay Hotel is great for a relaxing and safe stay at a moderate price.

my partner and I just spent 10 lovely days at CPH
and travelled with a group of 30
we are first time travelers to CPH and Tobago
we there from 8-18, February
stayed in room # 122
beautiful ocean view
beach was amazing 8/10
the CPH provided us good service, staff were friendly, warm, and engaging
quality of food was good at CPH (try a few local dishes)
loads of delicious food is available with 5 minutes of CPH
we enjoyed fresh coconut, papaya, tomatoes, apples at closeby markets/shops, make sure you find the ice cream shop, and do try a roti or two, and tasty doubles.
we felt safe throughout our stay, local Tobagonians were very warm and friendly.
we visited Argyle falls, a bird sanctuary, Jemma's treehouse restaurant, arranged
a fishing trip, for a group of 6 and caught a decent amount of fish. we were there leading up to Carnival, visited couple of panyards and saw a few steel drum bands that were practicing for the next day finals. the Island was hype and full of good vibes, I even got to play a few soccer matches with my mates : ) my lovely and I would not hesitate to return to CPH and Tobago and hope we do so .... thanks CPH staff for a very positive experience and stay. (regards, Grace & Chestinho)

This hotel has in my opinion the best location in Tobago. It’s stairs to Store Bay is a great selling point however they are not doing what is needed to bring this hotel to its maximum potential. I decided that i was headed to tobago at 12noon and called to meet a kind person on the other end working hard to secure me a room and she did. I learnt my lesson from my last stay and asked for the paperwork to be written up before my arrival at 1:30 and she did same. I pause here to say 6.50 for 1 USD is abysmal as many other hotels it is higher and is something to look out for. I then went to my room and to say i was disappointed was an understatement. Yes it was clean however,it looked soo old and in my view the outside with the antiquated louvers took me back to the early 2000’s. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and i appreciate this as it meant I could whip up a meal if needed. As i returned from pan at 3am, I was concerned for my safety as i saw the front desk and security guard seat was empty however this was quelled when i saw the security guard walking who stopped and asked me “ If i was a guest there and what room”. I mistakenly said 507 and mere minutes later another security knocked on my door at 506 to ensure i was ok and in my room safe. The morning, I got to interact with more of the amazing staff and they will surely make me miss this place however, i do not see myself returning unless some upgrades are done to the facility. Some cheaper hotels offer cream so i would also like to see some more toiletries being given as i forgot cream and the next door store was costing 42 dollars for a bottle of cream.

Being a Trinidadian I've visited Tobago numerous times before, staying in a variety of accommodations (private villas, time shares etc) however this was my first stay at Crown Point. What a gem, I was encouraged to stay here because I have four kids (two babies recent additions) and I wanted an option that would give maximum flexibility. Crown Point is that location. Close to the beach with private access no need to get onto the main road. Beautifully manicured grounds, you wake up to the sound of birds chirping. Clean rooms with kitchenette so you can prepare meals and friendly staff. I will be staying here in the future.

I have visited this hotel before with friends but have never spent the night before so, it was with excitement I booked the room for one night to give the hotel a shot. Upon arrival, I noticed that a lot of the documents were still hand written which brought back some nostalgia however it did make me wonder if this would not be faster digitally. There was originally a mixup in my room as when I walked in I saw a TV on the bed but, the receptionist was quite apologetic and gave me the keys to the right room. While walking to the room with my friend, room 104 to be specific the kitchen door swung out and nearly hit my friend in his face ( he was only not hit because his suitcase was in front of him) . No apology was forthcoming from the staff member and I was very ready to trip off however my friend was fine so I remained calm and went along. Upon entering the room I felt it was ok … not the best but not the worst I’ve seen ( definitely giving off old granny house vibes) but it was comfortable. I wanted to shower and wash my hair however I noted Shampoo or Conditioner was available. This was disappointing as the hotel I stayed the night before ( which was cheaper and included breakfast and was just as comfortable) had shampoo, conditioner and soap. The agents response that it has a shop nearby was quite dismal as these places are quite often overpriced and one would expect to get shampoo and conditioner at a hotel in 2022 ! Come on ! Later in the evening I was looking for a pen and was told non was available from front desk ( in most hotels I stay at a pen and notepad is a commonality) so this was shocking but I digress. The restaurant which I patronized in the evening was great and the bartender exceptional. The warmth of the staff and jovial nature truly brought a smile to my face and made me happy about my choice. The food and drinks were great and I must say it is one thing I miss from the hotel along with the great view. Checkout was truly sad as I did enjoy my stay due to the early of the staff and I will keep this place in mind next time I return to Tobago.

I always stay at Crown Point Beach Hotel whenever I visit Sweet T and T and Paradise - Tobago!

They treat all thier guests with Royalty and guaranteed five star customer service. From the front desk staff - Hannah, to the bartenders - Mel and Sonia. You will be entirely blown away by the warmth and hospitality of all staff as they will go Above and Beyond to ensure that you have a memorable vacation.

The rooms are in immaculate condition and if you stay in one of the studio apts (I stayed in 206), the view from the room is breathtaking as you view beautiful Store Bay.

You are also in a very safe location and the head of security Joseph and his team of Wendell and Deryck always keeps the premises
safe and secure.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for your dream vacation!

Best regards,
Nasser

Two minute walk from the airport and you're in a different world. Well groomed landscape for the kids to play and hang out, excellent ocean view all with helpful and hospitable staff. Store Bay beach is literally steps away and it is where you swim or snorkel and experience local cuisine when hungry. The Hotel's restaurant, Blu, is also a great value for money with a diverse menu with tasty options. We always stay at Crown Point Beach Hotel and haven't been disappointed yet.

This was my second stay at the Crown Point Hotel. I stayed there a very long time ago with some school friends. We decided to stay there again because of the proximity to the airport and the beach. The airport is just across the road (approx 5 minutes walk) and the beach about two minutes walk from our room. A lot of restaurants are within walking distance including the famous Store Bay food huts. The famous Pigeon Point and the Nylon Pool you can get there in about five (5) minutes by car. While a lot has improved from my first stay there, some improvements can still be made. While most of the staff were very friendly and helpful to us, there was just two members who can improve on their customer service. We had a Superior room which came with a kitchenette, the room was very clean. We didn't have any problems with the Housekeeping staff. On our first day when we checked the utensils we realised we didn't have a knife when it was mentioned to Housekeeping she came immediately and brought one for us. We made breakfast about three days and had breakfast about three days at the Blu Restaurant and three times we had lunch/dinner there. The buffet breakfast was priced at 100 TT (approx 15 USD. It consisted of local and international dishes, the menu was not fixed but changed daily which we liked. The dinner/lunch was very tasty, I strongly recommend the shark bites, it was delicious! We actually had it about four times while we were there. Marissa and Daniel (hope I got his name correct) served us. They were very courteous and friendly to us. We had a little problem with the A/C which started leaking. When we called Maintenance a guy came immediately to sort out the problem. There is also a mini mat just next door to the hotel.

The service is not very good. The food is also not good and it takes a long time to get it.
Many of the staff seems to be bothered if you ask them for something.
The rooms are okey but the water in the shower goes from hot to cold every 5 second.
Over all I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Tobago, I´ve been here twice and the service on almost every restaurant is terrible and in most places like stores, supermarkets etc. people mostly just seems lazy, rude and not very friendly.

While I booked my hotel room, I requested a room with a view of sunsets. When my son and I reached Crown Point Airport, it took us no more than 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. We were greeted by friendly staff and security. I stayed in a Cabana, with exceptional views of the sunset and Store Bay Beach. The hotel has well manicure lawns and a long walk way from the lobby straight to the stairs that led you to Store Bay Beach. The hotel is close to a Mini Mart for those who prefers to prepare and cook their own meals. My room did not have a stove, but I improvised making breakfast and dinner items in the Toaster Oven. The hotel is close to Fort Milford, a Casino, fast food outlets and Store Bay Beach. Lovely view of the ocean, the air is pure and clean. If this is your first time to Tobago or you have not been to Tobago in a long time, I highly recommend coming here! You will be blown away by the experience.
