Thank you for taking time to review our property. We have noted your comment and worked on the cons. The pool closes at 8pm ( because of its location in front the bedroom of the apartments) and we have purchased new linens including pillows and refurbished our apartments. We have also added free wireless internet access and surveillance cameras for...

I stayed here in Jan 2010 although very basic, it was clean, had a pool, car hire(extra charge) wi-fi, was across the road from a cute little restaurant called colours that was open from breakfast til late. Our flight was delayed by a day and there were lots of us there for a family wedding. As we were delayed by...

Thank you for taking time to review our property, but I must apologise for the delay in response. I am happy you enjoyed you stay with us and by extension, in Tobago. We have since installed our own wi-fi ( so no more "borrowing" ) and also surveillance cameras for additional security. We do hope to see you again sometime...

Stayed at Rainbow for a week in January 2010, it's no 5 star hotel but it was pretty decent for the price. They could do a bit of touching up in certain areas like the bathroom and kitchen but for the most part, it was clean enough, service was good. Me and the wifey had an enjoyable stay there.

Thank you for your feedback. Totally agree, we are no five star but we cater to the more budgeted travellers who need somewhere reasonable and comfortable to stay while vacationing on the island. We have refurbished the bathrooms and kitchens, in fact the whole apartment has been refurbished. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us.

The nitty gritty - dirty; roaches; uncomfortable beds; worn out towels; pillows smaller and less comfortable than coach on Delta; when the power went, so did the water because there was no back up generator to run the pump; website says secure, but the gate was always left unlocked and the security shack never had anyone in it; kitchen that...

Unlike other reviews, we had a very pleasant experience while staying there. It was very clean, efficient and friendly staff, very secure and family oriented. The only thing is that I wished that there was a safe in the room to leave our valuables.Other than that, we walked to Pigeon Point and Store Bay, the airport and the grocery around...

We stayed here for four days after Carnival this year and am happy to report that our stay was great. Not only did we find one of the best restaurants right across the street - Colours - but our stay was comfortable and we had a great time. The property is an older property so if you are expecting "new"...

My husband and I have stayed at this resort on and off for a few years and have been very happy here. It is a family run business and they bend over backwards to make you happy. We are hoping to go there this year (2009) in July, I just have to book up with them. We have our favourite...

Stayed at the rainbow resort recently. We stayed in the 3 bed apartment It was hideous. Moldy bathroom. Lots of little ants. Front balcony door did not lock. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned. Staff were unfriendly. Wouldn't stay there again if you paid me. It's worth paying a little extra to stay somewhere with more...

A lot of places in tobago are calling themselves "Resort" be very carefull. We stayed at Rainbow resort for four long days, the first night when we checked in there were flying frogs in our room. Open the pantry and you can see roach droppings, during our stay we never got the bathroom cleaned in four days. When you use...
