The hotel had a mix up in the beginning because when I called they said they would have the room ready for me by 10 am and when I arrived they said check in was at 3 pm but they got a room for me quickly. The room was very nice and clean but the bed had sand under the...

I visited this resort for a short stay with my husband & kids( April 8-11, 2013). GROUNDS: PRESTINE! LOBBY: GORGEOUS STAFF: FRIENDLY, HELPFUL. RESTAURANT: YUMMO!!! I will split this up in two sections Pros: - beautifully landscaped, - sustainable, scraps from fruits fed to animals, smaller quantity of waste leaving compound when compared to other hotels, - room and pool cleaned daily - after breakfast it was nice to entertain the young ones with a stroll to view the animals. - number of channels available...

i really enjoyed my stay here .............rooms were clean ....towels changed daily....bed linens changed every other day......bathroom and toilet very clean.........complimentary breakfast very tasty and local .....dining area very clean.........lawn well kept ........staff friendly......quiet atmosphere........great location......good price .........mini zoo was good attraction.......pool clean and warm ..........i will definately recommend rovanels and will visit again

The hotel was very nice, the mini zoo was also welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. Complimentary breakfast was good. the room was good. Staff was very friendly and the place is situated abt 7-8mins (car) to pigenon pt beach.

my family and i got put into this hotel after our flight was delayed over night. whilst the room and service was perfectly fine, the miniture 'zoo' was so appauling that the whole experience was ruined. the hotel advertises the chance to see exotic animals, when in actual fact they hold distressed animals in disgusting conditions. they had little food...

Having spent 3 weeks in Tobago with a group of others on a field course to do with my uni studying the fish and reefs, our flight home was delayed overnight and we were shoved into this hotel. At first it seemed okay and check in wasn't too bad. We then went to our rooms to find 4 of us...

After a cancelled flight a group of us were put up here for the night, and here is what we found... Rooms for 4 people consisting of a double bed and a single bed. A pool littered with leaves and large palm leaves at the bottom. Poor service where dinner was said to be at 7pm, and wasn't served until...
