Hotel Regina has a new properly (I think opened in late 2015 or early 2016) in a modern, glass building as the colonial palace is being renovated. The new venue is excellent and very comfortable, although it does not have a bar or a restaurant. The personnel was young, friendly and very helpful, and some of them spoke good English....

I stayed at both Regina and Regina 2, and it wasnt pleasent at all. The staff is not bad but the hotel itself was lacking services. The hot water was not working, the pool was not available, the restaurant wasnt working aswell. But the worst thing was the noise inside and outside the hotel. Bad experience

The hot water was so hot that it was impossible to have bath. The toilets in the whole hotel had no water....disgusting! No...

On the negative side: very basic room, extremely hard bed, no shampo etc, just a little soap, service eh.... the bartender slept so we had...

We participated on a two day tour to Malanje, hosted by EcoTur. The Hotel Palacio Regina is supposed to be Malanje's finest; there aren't many choices. A double room cost $250 per night, including breakfast. Look, from the outside, the building looks lovely, painted in a soft yellow color. The lobby is modern, air-conditioned, and the front desk staff seemed...

I stayed here for two nights over Easter as part of a three trip from Luanda to Kalandula Falls and Pedras Negras. It was very busy as many expats had the same idea. This created some confusion at the front desk, although our tour agent was able to sort this out. This is a business hotel and along with the...
