We enjoyed our short stay very much. The folks who run this are extremely nice and breakfast was delicious. There are plumbing issues that really should be handled. And do be aware credit cards are not accepted. I think this is one of the nicer B&B's in Pozos.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend, after years of meaning to get to Pozos. We had a wonderful stay! Arriving at the Plaza, we were looking around to see where the hotel was. Amazingly, they must have actually noticed us pull up, and the manager ran over across the plaza to help with our bags! (This is...

We had the good fortune to spend three nights at “El Secreto” in Pozos, and we can confirm the gist of the other reviews: this 3-room B&B is charming, well-run, and comfortable. As the photos on the web only begin to capture, the rooms are all spacious and eye-catching, and adjacent to them is a quiet garden that is perfect...

El Secreto is a marvelous place! It is right off the main square. It is a small boutique hotel in a small town, so you have everything close. Rooms are spacious and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is plentiful, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit with yogurth and granola ans scrambled eggs with plenty of garnish. The best?? The bed! Beds...

Magic Town Mineral de Pozos, Guanajuato This magical town, known as ghost town was a mining town which was abandoned twice since its foundation. Neat little 3 room hotel, right in the central plaza. Rooms are spacious and comfortable although in the one we stayed, needs fixing in doors and windows to block morning light and to cancel entrance of unpleasant and bad looking insects. Very friendly and helping staff. Nice Breakfast.

I spent two week-nights at El Secreto as a solo traveler. I needed a break from the hustle and bustle of San Miguel. It was exactly what I was looking for: a beautiful garden where I could sit in the sunshine and read; a fantastic breakfast; a comfortable room with a fireplace for the cool mornings. I ate some good...

Excellent option for couples. As we were traveling with two kids, Staff kindly accommodates the room by adding one extra bed, which at the end was not necessary as the master bed was big enough to fit all of us. Breakfast was awesome, one of the best we have enjoyed. Hotel does not offer parking, but there is a lot...

We booked a week at El Secreto while on a real estate hunting trip. Staying at El Secreto was the best decision we made. Nick and Manray run a great, great inn. They make you feel at home and will bend over backward to accommodate you. The gardens are as beautiful as any inn we've stayed in Europe or the...

I was fortunate enough to be invited along by freinds to a gathering in Pozos and was agreable to spending the night rather than drive back to San Miguel; My luck continued as we ended up staying at this charming and intimate jewel of a hotel. I was just astounded by how delicious the bed felt and I slept thoroughly....
