Somewhere in France there is a quiet and beautiful village with high class hotel and Michelin restaurant. The chief usualy greets you before and after dinner. We have been there many times and never loose our expectations.

First of all, I am surprise to see that someone in the hotel takes the time to reply to these comments, since they better take care of the requests of the guests when the clients are there... and not after. Overview: This hotel grew up, around the 3 starts restaurant. The restaurant 3 starts is without any doubt excellent, but...

If you are going to dine at the 3* Michelin, then this is the place to stay. Very quiet, well proportioned rooms. We never breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. More expensive than Les Saules, but worth paying the extra in my opinion.

On our way to Avignon we stayed at the George Blanc hotel and had a dinner in the Bistro We were "upgraded" to a larger room with a King-size bed by the friendly manager at the reception ( not the young receptionist girl...), The room was located across the main building on the second floo. Downstairs is the wine shop...

George Blanc is a very charming host. In this unique French cousine temple we felt completely at ease and we will never forget this memorable experience. I would recommend to spend at least one night in the Blanc village in order to enjoy this oasis of tranquillity, familiarity and overall excellence. A special note goes to the spa the place...

Friends and I stayed at this hotel. One couple had specifically requested a large room five months ago when they reserved; but upon arrival they were given a small room with a view of the parking area. After a fair amount of complaining they were given a larger room but still with a view of the parking. The air-conditioning in...

I attended my nephew's wedding at Georges Blanc . The service as well as dinner were so, so perfect from from specialty of Goerges Blanc Foie Gras. Filet Mignon which I am not sure whether it come from Charolaise (1rst grade beef in Europe), types of fancy French cheese to Bourg en Bresse ( special Vonnas chicken wrapped in cotton...

We made a big detour on our trip just to have a dinner there and it was worth of every mile we spent on a road. We were surprised how great was for the overnight stay there also. One of the reason was that they recently installed a Tesla destination charger, too. Will come again, with friends.

We liked everything: our room was spacious with a balcony giving on the outside pool. Very quiet apart from the lovely frogs The staff were friendly, and the area is really charming with little shops and nice walks around the village
