Staff lies and complain to my company that I was calling names and screaming at night. They complained about my room organization. I'm on work I pay you to arrange my room. The cleaning not so good!!!

Mediocre sized rooms with poor sound insulation. Weak Wi-Fi and with very with no good services and no welcoming staff. You have better choices around ciudad rodrigo. I was here on a business trip and it was a poor experience

Well located in the centre with some free parking nearby if you’re lucky, this hotel is a little dated although perfectly clean with good staff and at a fairly cheap rate. Noise permeates through the walls easily which isn’t good for lighter sleepers and the beds were average-to-lumpy. Good shower and €5 breakfast, although you can get it for €3 just off the Plaza Mayor. The town is lovely with a fantastic 30 minute walk around the intact wall fortifications.

We had a basic, comfortable room with a delightful Juliette balcony overlooking the cathedral and ancient streets of this interesting town. Unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel only did breakfast so we were directed to their café/restaurant up in the square for which we were offered 10%discount. However it was a cross between a working man's club and a transport café! the staff were friendly and ushered us to a table before we could leave! It was fast and frantic with no finesse and 3 TVs blaring away! Meals were ok but a disappointment all round. There are better restaurants and bars but many shut certain nights and out of season. Later found La Artesa just along the square where we had an excellent snack lunch and dinner next night.

We were on a motorcycle so this provided both secure parking in its underground garage (Watch out for the steep ramp on a curve though) and a base directly within the walled city. Our room had a nice view of the street and church and was not large but big enough with a good bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The city is very interesting and easy to walk right round the walls in 30 mins. We enjoyed this hotel.
