There are two parts to the hotel, the original older part and the annexe next door. All rooms with a sea view had balconies (except the ground floor rooms in the annexe which have a patio facing onto a small garden area) - but, if you are in any doubt, reception staff speak English (phone or email) and can help with bookings even if you book through a travel agent. I did this because I wanted to make sure I got a sea view room with a balcony too. The hotel is closed during winter months.
