Lovely Hotel. Spotlessly clean. We had a sea view and what a view! Accommodating and Informative Staff. We arrived on My Husband's Birthday and a Lovely Touch from the Hotel Staff was A Chilled Bottle Of Fizz in an Ice Bucket waiting for Us in our Room. Didn't understand the Rush of some Guests to dash to get a Sun...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of the hotel all comments are noted and help to keep our very high standards. We're glad you had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed your complimentary bottle of "birthday fizz". I'm like you and enjoy relaxing on the beach listening to the backdrop of music - paradise! Our 3rd stay. Only when you stay at this hotel will you truly understand how it feels to stay somewhere with history and feeling. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable; beds do need a topper if you need a soft sleep. If you can stretch to it go for a sea view, waking up...

Thank you for visiting the Hotel for a 3rd time, you'll be moving in before too long! It sounds like you had a fantastic stay with us, I agree the Sea View rooms are pretty special and highly recommended. We look forward to welcoming you back for a fourth time very soon. Kind regards Richard

Unfortunately only available for one night. What a find, lovely traditional little hotel. Very good location with a fabulous view from the rooms balcony. Spotlessly clean, very peaceful and very efficient staff. Breakfast (incl) was plentiful with an excellent choice of local produce.

...as soon as I walked into this little hotel it reminded me of hotels in Jersey from the 1990's. It has a very English feel to it and the clientele who use this hotel were certainly the types of customers who enjoy a hotel like this which is home from home. I'll start by saying the hotel was clean and...

Thank you for your feedback and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. I know you were only with us for one night but if you would've mentioned that you like your mattresses a little softer we could have fitted mattress toppers for you. I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the near future. Many thanks Richard

This hotel is just perfect in every way if you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday. The hotel has a "colonial " feel about it which sets it apart from the modern high rise hotels. There is a sun terrace at the front which leads onto a small beach and beautiful clear sea. Excellent for swimming. The hotel is on...

We have been staying at the Sis Pins for many years. It is a quaint old fashioned family hotel, the like of which are rapidly disappearing. We are therefore somewhat concerned that the hotel's character will be changed by the insidious encroachment of the Cappuccino organisation, which handles all of the Sis Pins catering, except breakfast, and has it's tables...

Have known the sis pins for over 20 years but this week is the first time we have stayed there. Great hotel, great staff, great breakfasts. The rooms were spotless, they had maid service every day. The bathrooms were big and spotlessly clean. We had a room at the back overlooking the mountains that got the sun in late afternoon...

This hotel is absolutely spotless, the decor is traditional and elegant. It was ideally located at the start of the Pine Walk and had a great sun terrace right on the beach. The atmosphere was very relaxed. There were lots of older clients and I wouldn't consider it suited to large groups of children or those who like to run...

The room, to the rear of the building, was very pleasant and kept scrupulously clean. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Puerto Polensa is such a quiet and peaceful resort you are assured a good night's sleep every night. Breakfasts are very pleasant and well presented with a cold buffet and hot meals served to your table. It is...
