Very comfortable and good value. Staff pleasant and very hard working, breakfast lovely, and room with balcony clean and comfortable. Would consider staying here again on return. We arrived very late and, possibly because I was speaking bad Spanish, the night manager offered me a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. It was a kind gesture. Can't fault it, a...

nice little hotel in the middle of the port very slightly dated and the piano needs tuning but this is a very pretty little place I was there quite early in the season so it was very quiet but I'd recommend this place in general I think

Fantastic location, attentive staff, beautiful breakfast served on the patio. We stayed in a sea view room with a balcony, which I could've sat on all day (there aren't many places with a view like it). I would highly recommend and will return in the near future!

Even though we had one of the best rooms the accommodation was very basic. The bathroom was tired and the shower head was old and worn. The toilet came away from the wall when sat on. We did have a large terrace overlooking the beach and the view was wonderful. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. For the price...

As you can see from the 395 5star reviews it’s very rare to see somebody who is disappointed with the hotel. We take all of our reviews very seriously and pride ourselves on our excellent feedback so feel extremely disappointed to read your review. It’s also disappointing that this is the first we have heard of it as if we...

This hotel is a wonderful find on the front at Port de Pollensa. Within easy reach of everything, it has very comfortably appointed bedrooms, offers a lovely breakfast and the staff give brilliant customer service. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We have just returned from a 4 night break at The Sis Pins, we arrived after 10 pm, and we were welcomed by a very polite member of the reception staff. As it was pretty cold outside the hotel was warm and the room which we were allocated was heated too. Our room was basic but clean and tidy, just as...

I'm pleased you found our staff polite and welcoming and you enjoyed your stay with us. In season Cappuccino Grand Cafe which is located within the hotel is open for our guests to enjoy both meals and drinks - however as you point out this closes during the winter months leaving you to explore the numerous cafes and restaurants on...

Really nice hotel, open all winter, beautiful setting with fantastic views over the bay. The staff were excellent the hotel very clean and the breakfast was very good. I'd recommend a sea view room as the view is really worth paying the extra.

We arrived late January, weather can be bad at times in January (yep we got those times) weather was pants. Anywho, we struggled on, found lovely places, lovely people, lovely food, lovely beer. Stayed at the Sis Pins in January for the Sant Antoni festival. It's the third year we have stayed here for the festival. It's warm and comfortable. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. I was particularly pleased that the beds had duvets this year. However there were spare blankets should you need one. It's good to have a fridge in...
