I stayed two nights at this lovely property. Aesthetically it is very beautiful, attention to detail, cozy and strategically located. Just outside Rivisondoli and a few minutes from both the ski slopes and the neighboring villages. In 25 minutes you can also reach Sulmona and Pacentro. The reception is highly professional and ready to satisfy the requests of the guest. The rooms are very nice, spacious, with every comfort, quiet and perfect throughout, especially impeccably cleaned. Not even a little dust to pay for it gold! Here an immense praise goes to the cleaning staff! Perhaps the showers should be put a glass to avoid flooding the bathroom and somehow facilitate the cleaning service. The structure in addition to having extra services (ebikes, excursions etc. .. that must logically be booked) has its own delightful spa, included in the stay and accessible until 8 pm. The breakfasts are fantastic, there is everything from sweet to savory and everything meticulously cared for, fresh and flagrant, from the service that in a second is ready to bring hot things (coffee, cappuccino, hot tea) to the cooked type eggs, bacon and more. The waiting staff are highly qualified, have elegant manners and treat customers with absolute impartiality. The service is impeccable in all respects. I tried dinner, tasty food, fresh produce and perfect portions. Maybe a bit expensive but it is definitely worth it. Shared spaces clean, quiet and stylish. The touch of class was missing: the piano. The structure is designed with attention to detail and customer attention is maximum. Upon arrival in your room (all very spacious) you will find bathrobes and slippers to go to the spa at the entrance of which you will find very kind hostesses who will provide you with an additional towel and cap. The spa is very beautiful, with a huge tub, cervical blades, hydromassages in various points and the possibility of accessing the outdoor tub without ever leaving the water. I also tried one of their massages, performed by Marco, which was truly splendid. We stayed at this property and our opinion is excellent. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the staff at the reception, who despite being half an hour before the date indicated for check-in, they immediately handed us the key and made us sit in state, while our luggage was picked up by the staff. The room is large, comfortable, new and modern furnishings, large bed, large bathroom, miticulous cleaning. Seen from the crazy room, you could see clearly the sanctuary of Monte Zurrone. As for the services, access to the spa, outdoor pool, fitness area are unlimited. Needless to say, the size of the relaxation area, equipped, indoor and outdoor whirlpool pool and the outdoor pool area with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and nail bar. About the breakfast service, a rich buffet of cakes, cakes, jams, honey, cheese, croissants and salty part. Regarding lunch and dinner, we had dinner only one night and ordered according to the menu list between appetizers, first and second courses. Fruit, cooked and raw vegetables and vegetable broth are instead unlimited and beautiful buffet area. The lobby is very large and also equipped with an open bar with drinks and soft drinks on request. The property also has a large outdoor parking and a green area around. There are also organized sports activities and mini clubs with activities for children. Highly Recommendation to all those who want to relax and spend days immersed in nature. We stayed over the long weekend of April 25th for the first time at this property. Reception, bar and lounge staff were friendly and kind. There is no bottle service. Given that the quality of the products at both breakfast and lunch left a lot to be desired (as confirmed and shared by other guests) and it is not clear why they themselves do not realize it, it is unthinkable that at 8.30 at breakfast it was already almost everything was finished and many of the products requested, especially for children (lactose-free milk, bananas, kiwis, etc.) we were told that they were finished and would arrive again the next day, biblical waiting times for coffee and hot table service for breakfast (for two coffees we waited up to 40 minutes and reported this to the maitre several times). In the room the thermostat to regulate the temperature was malfunctioning (damaged buttons) so it was difficult to regulate the temperature (I reported this several times to the reception). Good room and hotel cleaning service. Miniclub area, small playground with only two entertainers who juggled among many children. Last but not least, at checkout both myself and two other couples who were with us found extra charges (over €90 more) which we did not pay, in fact when we requested to show the signed receipts and carried out the recalculation we received except that the extras were less than a third of those requested!!!

Externally very nice location, stone farmhouse on different levels. Very nice pool area even if the garden is not very well kept, the lawn has more holes than mine so I absolutely don't have a green thumb. The interior of the building was a real disappointment, accustomed to the 4 stars in Trentino I was expecting luxurious and finely furnished environments but instead only very basic and impersonal rooms a bit like a '90s conference hall', from a location costing 500 euros per night absolutely not I expected. Large comfort room with very comfortable bed and nice shower where you can set the water temperature but here too the furnishings are not at all refined, terrible soundproofing, you can hear footsteps and vibrations when guests in the adjacent room walk. The idea of an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool is nice. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, as was the temperature. Young staff very courteous but with little experience. The entertainment girls are all young and cute, our son found himself very well, the only advice would be to create a real mini club program where there is an activity at every time to have a bit of organisation. Excellent massage center, very good Marco. Alessandra, the sports manager, is the real highlight, I was lucky enough to do an e-bike tour with her and I had a great time as well as appreciating the beauty of the surrounding places. Very good food and friendly waiters. In short... overall it was good but the value for money is not excellent, (1000 euros 2 nights 2 adults and 1 child) I would go back only in case of offers at prices more suited to what they offer.

Overall, the structure is very appreciable. Perhaps the price is a little excessive compared to the quality offered. Courteous and punctual welcome. Well furnished and functional rooms. Impeccable cleanliness, attentive and very kind waiters. Varied and quality breakfast. Varied menu and refined food but at this level I have tried much better. The outdoor pool area, in addition to the beautiful flower pots, should be looked after more. I found the indoor pool area a bit gloomy. Mini club entrusted to very willing and available girls but completely devoid of an activity program. The external activities service is very good: the e-bike tour with Alessandra, a very helpful and organized guide, was very pleasant. The real surprise of the place, however, were the rest of the guests: almost all of them were families with children aged 0 to 3 and pregnant women. We did not use the treatment service. All in all, an experience that can be repeated.

My husband and I stayed for one night. Immediately after checking in we went to our room. The room does not have the expectations of a 4stelleS: it has no panoramic view, neither a telephone to call the reception nor a full mirror, the TV remote control does not work, inspection hatches with mold and humidity stains in the bathroom the ventilation fan broken. In the bathroom kit only one bar of soap wrapped in plastic. After being in the SPA I go back to the room and the hairdryer doesn't work so I call the reception from my mobile to ask for a hairdryer which they promptly brought to me. At 8pm the couple's massage was very relaxing but that's certainly not the Swedish massage. We stayed in the facility for dinner and I must say that the cuisine is adequate and the staff very kind and attentive.

We stayed in this property from December 27th to January 1st, myself, my husband and our two year old son. As soon as we arrived we immediately felt the Christmas atmosphere with the beautiful and bright decorations in the reception area and bar area. The room was very nice and clean but unfortunately too small for 2 people plus a 2 year old child as the cot took up all the space. Next time we will take a bigger room. As for the Spa, I think it was the best I've seen in terms of opening hours, access to children with set times, internal and external areas. I really liked it a lot. We had two Swedish massages and I must say that they were very pleasant (maybe a little expensive but given the structure). In my opinion, the restaurant is the strong point: it had a very varied children's menu, something I have never seen in other hotels. The food was good and the staff were very courteous and kind. The top breakfast. The best breakfast I have seen and eaten in recent years. Vastness of croissants and cakes. Very varied and good. I also really liked the fact that they didn't have the "usual" instant coffee machines but that they actually had bar service at the table and you could order as many coffees as you wanted. The children's play area was perfect, we took our son there every evening (I didn't use the mini club because my son wasn't the minimum age) and I have to say he had a lot of fun. Just a couple of small flaws were: the high temperature of the rooms and the lack of support on extra activities to do. We asked the desk for advice on what to do with a two-year-old and they gave us an approximate answer. I honestly expected a little more support. I stayed with my husband and my 3 year old daughter for the 3 time in this establishment. I must, reluctantly, underline things that this time completely failed to meet my expectations: -really terrible catering service, both in terms of the quality of the dishes offered in half board and the room service... the waiters forgot to take orders and up to 45 minutes passed between one course and another. my 3 year old daughter waited about 30 minutes between one course and another -mini club service: few activities, children were left alone to play in the playground -rooms: I found the cleaning and maintenance to be worse, my room had a broken shower door, a non-working radiator (which is very useful in the mountains) and a blocked sink. We spent 1800 euros for three nights, which in my opinion is a price to pay for a structure that cannot afford failure from any point of view.

Last minute mini holiday from 22/01 to 25/01. Organized together with another family, there were eight of us, four adults and 4 children. Truly exceptional structure well kept. Exceptional cleanliness of both the common areas and the rooms, you didn't even have time to leave the room before you found it already redone and always excellently clean. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Well-equipped and very large mini club and the girls are really kind and patient. Excellent cuisine (open) with quality breakfasts and dinners with dishes that are never banal, always cared for, both in taste and in the plating. Professional and kind dining room and bar staff with particular note of merit to the restaurant manager and the bar boy who served us after dinner, always ready to meet every request. But the real highlight of this structure is the spa which is also open to children where we spent hours relaxing and having fun together with our little ones. Strategic location 10 minutes from all the slopes. Believe me it's worth every penny. Really top top top structure. We will definitely return.
