We puposefully chose a lodge that was not right on beach and loud beach scene. This street has several options... Green Papaya, Tip Top, Alonaland. Alonaland is also a perfect place for those interested in diving.

Alonaland Resort provide beautiful and comfy room and house. Aside from that there's nothing else. 1. There's a free shuttle according to them. It is also stated on their website. We arrived from a beach island hopping experienced and plan to go to the beach using their free shuttle. But according to the receptionist they can't accommodate our group because...

Due to the price, I wasn't expecting much at this low cost resort, but immediately upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at its cleanliness and all the amenities. The staff was friendly and responsive... and always with a smile. This resort does not have a restaurant on site, but has a basic kitchen which is even better. We're able to...

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place is nice and huge. There just wasn't enough lights on at night which makes it a bit scary... Not a big deal though. All in all we enjoyed our stay. House #13 is cute! It's complete with refrigerator, kitchen, kitchen utensils, and gas stove. Perfect place for our group! It was very affordable...

Stayed in Alonaland Resort with a large group of families on April 2015. We pretty much rented out all the houses in the resort. This is my 3rd time in Panglao, Bohol. I thought it would be nice to invite my family for a get together in one of the most beautiful beaches in the Philippines. The owner, Mr Rolf,...

People here are nice. It's located along the white sand beach and the food is great. No WiFi in the rooms, only in the lobby. The bathroom isn't stellar if you're expecting a lot but that's not what I came here for. Island hopping and snorkeling was a great lasting experience. The rest of the famous sites are accessible from...

We decided to visit this resort the second time (the first trip was 4 years ago). We were 5 including my son 3.5 years old. Everything was good except some moments: - room cleaning girls became lazy. The cleaning was not good even when the resort was not full. We reminded several times to change towels (though they should do...

Alonaland Resort really has everything you need. Just a 2 minute walk across the road and through tropical beach resort and your on Alona Beach at the good end. Also a 10 minutes walk/2 minute tricycle into town to the main bars and restaurants. The rooms are a good size, homely and very clean. If you are lucky like us...

“Ask from the staff where the beach is. On our first day, people told us that the beach is all the way at the end of a stretch of road away from the resort. It was a long walk. The next day when we asked the attendant an easier way, she told us that the beach is just across the road through another resort. Literally, one minute you're there.”
