Weather somewhat disappointing but the resort and area is lovely. A nice apartment, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Helpful staff and particularly excellent service at reception by Vincenzo who was polite, friendly and efficient

Overall a great stay, the appartment fully renovated, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Just one consideration for those planning to work on their stay: no signal for vodafone or orange. Just movistar. Internet was great though. Also, there is a water park for kids, it was closed in May which was great to avoid noise :) probably its a loud place during high season and rooms are close to the slides…

The resort is a bit out of the way and difficult to move around without a car. However, it is a lovely place with an old Hollywood feeling to it with palm trees and two large swimming pools and a sink pool, right next to the beach. The location is set in nature which makes the experience wonderful. The rooms are renovated and comfortable, if not luxurious, and for a fee you can upgrade to a room with sea view which is recommended. We stayed at both, the Beach resort and the Garden resort across the street for the last three nights. The Garden resort is a bit older and more quiet. Furnished and with a functional kitchen and good beds. The breakfast was good and tasty with healthy choices of protein and fruit. The best thing about Carema is no doubt the staff. Friendly, open, helpful and professional they made us feel at home. We had an issue with the room we were staying and Dany at reception (who was about to go home already) made sure that we got another room. The front reception: Dany, Sandra, Rico and everyone else were great. The ladies at the breakfast and the gentlemen at the bar were also lovely, as well as our lifesaver at the pool, Piko and Gabriela for the kids. My son was so happy at the resort we extended our stay three nights. Menorca is a beautiful island with tons of fantastic sights and things to do and see. I would recommend to visit Ciutadella and Mahon, see some of the Talayotic structures and sites, as well as give the Cami de Cavalls a try. In addition to the beaches and calas there is a lot more to Menorca. Highly recommended.

We have been 5 times to this amazing place but now it has been taken over we have a few gripes …. Pay for the water park!! Ridiculous!!! You charged us enough for the holiday! We have been 5 years running and never had to pay previous so u can imagine my annoyance when we actually booked direct through the hotel for us to not be even told there us now a charge! Junior club ??? No there isn’t! We went august 2022 n there was nothing other than tiny kids club with Spanish children up to age of 7! Shame as this hotel has all the amenities to run a junior club like it did previous years’ obv cutting back on staff! Zero nighttime entertainment at all! Nothing ! Nothing around the area so we spent It’s if our eve at bar okapi - one if three places up the hill! Ights on football pitch could be on in an eve as this is where the kids used to hang n play in an evening - rather than moan they are bored Dismal mini disco inside the hotel - poor It’s such a shame Guests we met were shocked when we told them this was our 5th time It’s changed so much The place is Beautiful n I miss what it was We are not party animals but it was dead with no atmosphere at all x nighing N Ew owners need to revert back desp

Knowing that it was the end of the summer season we knew that there were not going have all the amenities available so we chose what was best for us and we were very happy with our choices. The front desk and food service personnel could not i’ve been any better maintenance and housekeeping was excellent, the food was superb for our breakfast, we did not choose any other meal plans. There was one thing that we would like to have changed was the smell near the bathroom which seemed like a sewer problem.

My 2nd time going to Sevastos and I had the best time again. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Rooms are spotless and the whole atmosphere around the pool is so fun. It is perfect for family holidays and close to everything. Can’t wait to go again.

We recently enjoyed an amazing holiday here. Check in was easy. Room was perfect for our needs (the hill people complain about really isn't that big). The resort itself is lovely, nice sized pool with plenty of sun loungers, splash park is great fun and my 8 year old (and myself) absolutely loved it! The buffet restaurant is fab, great selection of food available, different choices each night and the staff there are just lovely. They work exceptionally hard but always had a smile on their face and were so friendly and welcoming. The beach was right next to the resort and was stunning, water is perfect for children and adults alike. I recommend visiting fornells, either by bus or a short taxi ride (approx 7 euros), the night markets there over the weekend are especially nice. All in all, I cannot fault this place one bit and we had the most amazing, special holiday here ❤️

This resort is beautiful, looks better then the pictures on their website. It's only half an hour drive from the airport. The flowers all around the resort are beautiful, the beach is just down the hill. The pool is large. The room that we stayed in was one of the newly renovated ones. Everything was clean and new. Good size for family of three. Yes the resort is on the hill but that adds to the vibe and the views. I loved the view from the C apartments of the field, very peaceful. This is definitely a family resort, not a party resort. It goes quiet after 10 pm at night and there is nowhere else to go on foot as the resort is remote, but we didn't mind as we came on a family holiday. The Splash Park is great for small kids. Our 5 year old loved it. The shop on site is well stocked and has most essentials. The only small annoyance was with the reception and some of the procedures. The staff was all friendly and knowledgeable, but the Splash Park procedure is crazy. What is the point of buying a 4 day Splash Park ticket when they then make you come down there in person each day to collect these wrist bands? What is worse, they make the whole family come down, you can not collect them on behalf of others. Why?! I found it very frustrating. Please change this for next year. I bet I wasn't the only one annoyed by that. Also the check in process takes way too long (about 20 minutes), when you get stuck behind two checking in families god help you. But we loved our stay, it's a lovely resort :)

During our stay, we had reliable running water for less than half the time. The hotel made zero attempts to rectify this (so I regularly ended up showering in the cold outside the pool). There were not enough staff members or open restaurants to handle the post-covid capacity. It's very hilly and tiring for young children if you're in the uppermost units, as we were. But the lack of viable RUNNING WATER, while charged full price with no apologies or mitigations? Just astoundingly bad. Hoping this saves some others from similar levels of discrepancy between money spent and actual experience had. (There were so many other issues, including maintenance problems with our room that went unresolved, extra upcharges and annoying procedures for services like the splash park which were previously free, etc. It has some nice features but on the whole is absolutely not worth the money.)

We visited this hotel as a last minute 5 night trip over the bank holiday weekend. We had the best time! I had looked at trip advisor before we went and won’t lie I was very worried after reading some of the previous reviews! Well I couldn’t have been more wrong. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. Yes with the sofa bed out in the lounge it does take up some room but we just put it away in the day then got it out again! The area is very hilly so definitely take that into consideration if you have buggies etc but for us it was perfect. So quiet at night slept so well. Staff all extremely friendly and accommodating. Yes the wait for a drink round the pool can be long at times but the guys do their best and always with a smile. The only downside to us round the pool area were the toilets round the pool they really really could do with a clean every day I know people are going in there wet but it was pretty gross and in the end we ended up using toilets else where in the day. Didn’t use the buffet restaurant so can’t comment there. Beautiful clean beach right on the doorstep. Splash park was brilliant my 8 year old absolutely loved and and so good for a couple Of hours a day for something different. Over all a fantastic break and we hope to visit again next summer! After covid I think the hotel are doing a great job 👏
