We were drawn to the Abercrave Inn because they advertised Dinner, Bed, & Breakfast at an attractive price. First impressions are lasting impressions. We climbed three sets of wet, steep stairs to a small, worn-out room. No hot water, no Wi-Fi and thoughts that we had made a grave mistake in choosing this Inn. The next evening we were given...

This Inn is a special place to visit. Seasonally this hotel offers Accomodation where you can have a special offer to have a evening meal, two courses and the following morning have a full English breakfast. For a little more £ spent you and your party family can upgrade to a la carte, evening meals. Fantastic venue Accomodation to suit...

Driving past and saw signs for the Inn so we decided to have lunch. The reception was very friendly and we were seated straight away. The fish and chips were lovely the best we've tasted for quite some time and the home made desserts just as good. Will definitely revisit

Went to the Abercrave inn on the recommendation of a friend, it was very poor, I think the inn must have changed hands, the food was average the service was poor, the waitress didn't understand simple requests

My husband and I took a 92 yr old out for lunch here . Initial welcoming greetings did not make up for the curt and firm " you will have to wait 30 mins before ordering "( even though I had called ahead to see if a booking was necessary ) We were assured before ordering that the (£18) Sirloin...

My brother and I had a wonderful overnight stay as part of a weekend motorbike trip to South Wales. The staff were very accommodating and one of them even helped carry our stuff to our room. Food was very good and excellent value using the all inclusive rate. Atmosphere was lively. Highly recommended. Sadly, they were fully booked for the...

The Abercrave Inn delivers very good value for a weekend break. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and excellent walking. The rooms are not fancy but have everything you need. My strong advice would be to stay in the Inn itself and not in the accommodation over the road - the rooms there seemed a bit dark. The service in...
