We have stayed here 5 times now and have stayed in a diff room each time. They are all beautifully decorated and offer a little something different from each other It is only about 15 mins from our house but could be a million miles away. Stunning hotel. Lovely staff and the restaurant is a must. Love it here. Going...

I haven’t been to the Glenskirlie since I was a child and came back recently for a family wedding. It certainly did not disappoint and was a wonderful wedding venue with attentive staff and great facilities. Was unable to get a room reserved for the wedding so had to stay at the nearby Westerwood which was a little inconvenience as...

From the photographs and website, Glenskirlie House gives the impression of a luxurious retreat in the middle of nowhere. However, reality is, it is on a main road on the outskirts of Banknock. The rooms are tastefully furnished and castle like (latch locks on the doors, wooden shutters on the windows etc), however, our room was not as spacious as we...

The surroundings of Glenskirlie are lovely, location idyllic. My niece and her now husband got married here last month. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, they went out their way to ensure Leanne and Gary's day went without a hitch. The food in the meal was lovely, chicken and potato dauphinoise was so tasty - my partner had the...

I attended a friends wedding here yesterday in the Castle. What an amazing venue. The grounds are perfect for wedding photographs, there were so many different areas for us to sit and talk / drink. The meal was amazing and I did chose the beef with their famous "monkey gland sauce" and would highly recommend. The staff were attentive and...

Our son and his new wife held their wedding ceremony and reception at Glenskirlie Castle. I can honestly say they could not have chosen a better venue. From start to finish this was perfect. Wedding meals can sometimes be a bit hit and miss, but everything, from the standard of the food to the service was excellent. The room itself...

Welcoming staff and a homely feel. Fine attention to detail has gone into making this location what it is from the inside out. Surprised to learn the building is not as old as it's designed to look. Could be better with additional rooms for guests.

I bought an over night stay on Itison for bed and breakfast in a Delux room. We arrived two hours before check in and fully expected for the room not to be ready however it was ready and after a friendly receptionist made some lunch and dinner reservations for us we were shown to our room. Each room has its...
