Anne and John are wonderful hosts. The food is great and is sourced from local produce.

We hope to see you again one day.
What a beautiful Guest House. Located in a lovely quiet location. We stayed in room 8 which was tastefully decorated with en-suite and all of the little mod cons required. Our room also had a great view of Carbis Bay. Anne made us feel so...More

Hi. The walk from The Mustard Tree to St Ives is about 30 minutes. You can walk along the road but it is much more relaxing and pleasant to walk along the South West Coastal Path, which runs along the coast and is not too arduous at this point. It takes about 30 minutes either way. There is a good bus service running every 20 minutes or so, and hourly on the evening, this runs until midnight. There is also a short railway link along the coast into St Ives which runs hourly until about 21.30h. The train and bus fares are about £2 per person. Taxi fares are about £6 each way. I hope that is helpful. Please contact us directly if you have any further questions on 01736 795677. Best wishes Anne
