We had booked 3 rooms and stayed at this property for a night. Location is perfect and happy with excellent service and hospitality provided by the hotel. The food taste was also great. Special thanks to Mr Gaurav, who upgraded the room and made early checkin possible during long Christmas weekend. Thanks to the entire team.

Very comfortable staying with very good quality food. Service is quite impressive,really value for money. All staff's are friendly. Breakfast also quite good. I would specially say about Garwali thali serve by them is really outstanding. I would like to take Alok Baluni head chef name for arranging great food along with friendly behavior also would remember another two three staff's but I forgot their name, even security guards are also very supportive . My Parents stayed at this property for a night.They were amazed by the excellent service and hospitality provided by the hotel. The food taste was also great. They had also upgraded the room basis availability. Special mention to Bhagvati Sati, Anjala and Kuber Singh for taking very good care of them...Thanks to the entire team.

Upside: Underground Car parking, Hospitality, Room-size, room amenities, location Downside: Lack of scenic view from room window/balcony Summary: Services we so great that they outweighed the downside by significant magnitude. Special mention: Mr.Kuber singh Adhikari, Mr.Praveen (The chef), Mr. Debendra (The resptionist), Mr.Unknown (slim, tall smiling pahadi faced guy) This review goes especially to address the excellent hospitality provided by the staff of the Hotel. My first encounter happened with a boy whose name I couldn't ask. Smiling face with pahadi facial smiling gesture to greet and address my query. I asked him about tariff and he mentioned the tariff he could provide which was more than the Online tariff so he smiled and said that it's your choice how you want to make a reservation. The point is he Guided me honestly without saying much. I made a reservation online and checked in at 9 PM on 04th Dec 2022 with my wife. The staff was courteous and there we met another guy at reception Mr.Debendra. He very courteously explained how we could strategize our stay at Rishikesh and use the best of our time there. He also said that Buffet was over but dinner will be served on the table (we bought dinner and breakfast with the deal on Agoda). When we came down for dinner after keeping our belongings in our room then started our most cherished dining moment. Mr.Kuber Singh Adhikari was there to assist us and he took much interest in sharing how we could work with the dinner menu on the night. We had soup followed by Noodles followed by Creamy Pasta and extended our appreciation for the chef. But the staff was genuine enough to bring the Chef Mr.Praveen Singh who seemed nervous and elated simultaneously when he heard how much we liked every dish he made. But the food wasn't over there. We had a paneer dish with Lachcha parantha and then ended with a dessert. Everything was tasty and didn't need even an extra pinch of anything else. We were full and content. Personally, I liked it so much better to be served on the table than a buffet because I wouldn't have dreamt of tasting so many things in just one dinner. The next morning, there was a buffet but Kuber was courteous enough to serve us Dosa and Coffee on the table. So this extra measure taken by him to make us feel important was worth a great mention. The room was tidy and cozy with all amenities we expect in a decent hotel room. The only downside of the hotel was the unavailability of any scenic view from the Balcony or window. There was no view but stepping out was what was on our agenda while we were on a tour so the hospitality offset the disadvantage by a significant magnitude.…

Hotel is easily approachable as its located on the main road. We noticed in some reviews that the hotel doesn't have its own parking. But they have their own parking in the basement (probably on first come first serve basis). Our stay was comfortable. Special mention to Mr. Kuber for his excellent hospitality during breakfast and dinner. I forgot my apple watch charger in the hotel while checking out. But they couriered it back to my place. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Awesome experience, rooms was clean and security staff was very polite but the bathroom was little bit small , toilet seat and basin was very close to each other so there is not a enough space to stand by and the floor don't have slope so the water was stable at the same place .
