The Villa is located just off the entrance to Panicale, a quiet medieval Italian town. Everything in this town is of walking distance from the villa. The Grocer, the Butcher and the restaurants in and near the piazza serving such tasty array of Italian food. We hired our favorite driver, Gianni Lippi to take us on our day trips to...

Our group looked forward to the Panicale experience for months with ELISA being the accommodation for three couples for two weeks, we hired the whole house. The house is a 500 year old house, would recommend it only for short stays. The issues we have with it are: on arrival , the front yard full of weeds, the entry foyer...

Most of the issues concerning the house are not correct. We’ll reply them one by one: “The house is a 500 year old house, would recommend it only for short stays.” We had people that stayed at the house 3 weeks, and came for the same period the following year; there is no reason to stay in the house only...
