Absolutely delicious food! Sasha is an amazing raw, vegan chef; I couldn't get enough of her fresh, delicious food and I felt great! The resort is located on the Laguna de Apoyo at an absolutely breath taking spot on the water. The secluded location brings a great sense of peacefulness and allows you to unwind and completely relax. You really... More

I stayed here for two nights during a yoga retreat, and wish it had been longer! Apoyo Lodge is hidden away in a secluded spot right on the Laguna de Apoyo. The setting is unbelievable - the laguna is right there on the threshold of the property and it feels like it belongs only to you! I stayed in one... More

Apoyo Lodge is a very special place. While it can be a little bit of an adventure to get there from Managua, due to it's location on a dirt road, it adds to the uniqueness. Located right on Laguna de Apoyo with a private lakeview and jungle setting, Apoyo offers a pristine eco-lodge style setting. The food is absolutely amazing... More

This was my 3rd time to Apoyo Lodge, and it just gets better with each visit. I've seen the lodge transforms and grow so much in the last 5 years. I visited on a yoga retreat. Laguna de apoyo is highly secluded. The setting is picturesque and perfect for daily yoga, meditation and finding balance and serenity. Sasha is a gracious host and an incredible chef. Her raw, vegan specialities are incredible. You will learn so much about the possibilities of a raw, vegan lifestyle and develop a deep appreciation... More

My girlfriend and I had an amazing and relaxing time while at the Apoyo Lodge. The yoga and serene surrounding helped us relax, and the vegan/natural cooking was a real culinary treat for us. If you're looking to get-away from fast-paced life, this is a wonderful place for you to experience real nature! Thanks for a great trip, Apoyo Lodge!

Fantastic calming and relaxing place to stay. Very hard to get to, so unless you have a high 4x4 take the offer to be picked up. Great vegan food, atmosphere and hosts. Just a great place to stay and relax and chill.
