We struggled to find good food in Nicaragua. So after a week of overpriced plantains and cheese we came here for dinner. We ended up coming back the next night. All the items we ordered were delicious and cheap! I'm not sure where the other reviewers who thought the prices were high were eating before but this was some of...

I used to use a different resort, but this year my wife discovered Paradiso Hostel. If anybody is looking for a 4 star hotel, this is not the one. Look for this in Managua, but this is a pleasant lakeside place, with decent food, changing menus, ice cold beer. Love to spend here a half a day on Sundays. The...

This rating is based solely on the day pass use of the facilities, and the appropriateness for families with young kids. If you are a twenty-something backpacker, I'm sure this would be THE place to hang out as it was packed young people from several different countries. But as a family with a young kid, we felt extremely out of...

I stayed there for 2 night in March and really enjoyed it. The room is very basic but big and confortable, the beach is great with plenty of kayaks, food is pretty good with a nice selection of international and local food, staff is helpful. The place can be pretty crowded during the day with the day-tripper and tours coming...

We stayed at this hostel for 3 nights and by the end of it we couldn't wait to leave. The staff at this hostel were rude, disconnected and didn't care about you as a guest. Anytime we tried to order food or a beverage we stood there and waited till the staff members finished there personal conversations to each other...

We had a great time staying here for 4 nights. The restaurant is delicious, the beach is beautiful. We had a private room and it was very modestly priced. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you are considering visit the Granada area consider staying her rather than in the city. You can take very inexpensive taxi rides or...

The set-up of Paradiso is amazing, looks like the garden of Eden! It is located directly on the Laguna de Apoyo, pristine and thermal water, free use of kayaks, lots of activities (ping-pong, pool table...) they organise tours and shuttles (daily shuttle from Granada, but also to other places of Nicaragua). The cocteles is the bar are super tasty and...
