I made a Reservation for a one-bedroom Villa with a spa package and stayed with my family.
The great thing about this hotel is that not only the hard part, but also the meticulous attention of the manager goes to each employee. They were concerned if we were in trouble and kindly responded to our Hoi An sightseeing and restaurant Reservations. I also thought it was a hotel full of hospitality, where employees greeted me comfortably wherever I met them and reached out quickly.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Washroom • Bath • Shower is separate from toilet, and it is very easy to use because it has a private pool and quick access to water. Also, the outlet is the same as in Japan, so you can use the charger etc. as is.
I also used the public bath and spa, but the changing rooms in the public bath are always clean and comfortable, perhaps because there is a dedicated cleaning resident. The spa is a mechanism where you can choose which type of massage you want from the menu before the treatment and write on the sheet where you want the massage to be focused. I was satisfied to have the treatment carefully while comfortable music played.
They also prepared cakes for our children's birthdays and sang songs to celebrate, and since it was our wedding anniversary, they treated us with wine, flowers and room decorations.
Overall it was a very nice hotel, both soft and hard, and I definitely wanted to visit again.

I've stayed at many resort hotels, but this is the best one for me. As everyone has written in their reviews, the general manager was very helpful and I'm very grateful. He's a Japanese general manager and can really help you with anything. It's like, "Anything is OK!" If you stay at this hotel, it's a good idea to consult with the general manager about your sightseeing plans in Da Nang. He can give you real local information, so you can learn things that you won't find in a guidebook. He can also make restaurant reservations and arrange taxis. What's more, he negotiated the price for the taxi and I was able to use it at a low price. (He said, "You only need to pay XX dong," so I only paid that much, but the amount on the meter was much higher.) The general manager is here from early in the morning until late at night, so I wonder when he sleeps. He always calls out to me when I see his face. The head chef is also Japanese, and there is a Japanese restaurant, where the food is beautifully presented in a Japanese style. They were very considerate and would come over to greet us every morning when we had breakfast. The staff were also wonderful, and when we met, they would stop, bow, and greet us. Even when they were taking care of the garden, they would stop what they were doing and greet us. They would also come over and ask if there was anything we could help you with. There is a large public bath, and the cleaning staff is always there to clean it. The pool staff also set up towels as soon as you choose a beach chair to use. They were all really well trained and always smiling, the best staff. The only drawback is that it is far from the city of Da Nang. Still, it is about 30 minutes by taxi. Taxis are cheap, so it didn't bother me too much. On the other hand, it was close to Hoi An, so it was easy to get to Hoi An. If you are considering staying at this hotel after reading the reviews, try it once and see if you get fooled. You will understand what the reviews mean. You will have the best time with the best hospitality in the best space. I would like to thank the general manager, the head chef and all the staff for their great hospitality. I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. I will definitely use your services again when I visit Da Nang.

Definitely one of my top rated and friendly family resort for future vacations in Danang, Vietnam! The resort is beautiful and there are many free amenities to choose from, Japanese sauna, pools, private beach, kids club activities, yoga classes and gym! Free towels, chairs/lounges, life jackets for the pools but large floaties are additional about 100,000 to 200,000 vnd. Our package included free daily breakfast but I wish I would have gotten the all inclusive as the food and massage/spa was amazing. They have 3 restaurants in the resort to choose from, Asian, Japanese and BBQ. The daily breakfast in the Asian restaurant is buffet style and serves a variety of food from Korean, Vietnamese to Chinese as well as other many other items. The staffs are superb and very accommodating…greets us with a warm smile and bow everywhere we go. Before our flight, they contacted us and arranged for a driver to pick us up (since they don’t have transportation from the airport) for a small fee of 350,000 vnd which is about $13 usd one way for a 4 seater car. The resort is about a 30 minute drive from Danang airport. Once we arrived at the resort, they greeted our arrival with a free drink for each person, grabbed our luggage’s and sat us down to check us in. After check in and a thorough explanation of their resort, rules and amenities, they drove us in a golf cart to our villa! Our villa was clean, private and beautiful. The only negative thing about the resort is that it’s located near…nothing. The positive thing is that they provide free shuttle services to Hoi An and downtown Danang! That was a positive plus! The purpose of our vacation was to relax and Grandvrio fulfilled every aspect. When we actually left the resort to explore Hoi An, my 8yo daughter wanted to go back to the resort and stay there only and she didn’t want to leave when it was time to fly back home either! Grandvrio and their staffs were truly amazing…they even let us store our luggage’s at their downtown hotel so we can explore the city until it our late flight. Thank you to all the amazing staffs!!!

suong and tuong were really friendly and helpful. They always welcomed me with a pretty smile. The hotel is a bit old, but well maintained and slightly better than when I visited before the pandemic. I stayed in a villa for 6 nights and stayed in a hotel room for 2 nights. The villa is nice, but the hotel room is not soundproofed well and you can hear noises from the next room. Korean travelers often check in at night, but while sleeping, at 3 a.m., they hear the sound of luggage being dragged in the next room and a shower being used. I woke up and just read a book. The villa pool turns on the water when you check in, but out of consideration for resources and the environment, we often turn it off. The main pool was 1.8 meters deep, so it was good for playing. There were no people in the spa pool, and the water depth was 1.4-1.5, which was appropriate. Shuttle buses don't often use air conditioning. You have to be careful with the driver. The water in the pool was a little warm, but the sun was strong in the middle of the day and the water was not cool but hot. The spa had a nice atmosphere and was useful. Some of the masseuses were really good, but some of them repeated insincere movements. The Japanese breakfast had sushi in the advertisement, but they no longer serve it. The staff bowed and greeted us every time we encountered each other and were friendly. Overall, there was a strong impression that they were trying to solve the shortcomings by hiring people. I am glad that wages in Vietnam are low.

People are friendly. Kids got free ice cream, aqua and free foot massage at the pool, and the room condition was good. Everyone works hard and listens to requests. I feel like I'm taking care of my family one by one. Large tubes can also be rented at a low price.

We stayed at Grandvrio Ocean Resort Da Nang with our family for about a week, and we had an absolutely amazing time.
The resort is incredibly spacious, featuring multiple pools, several restaurants, and even a private beach.
The staff were always welcoming with warm smiles and quick to assist whenever we needed help. In particular, the general manager’s attention to detail was truly professional.
Since this resort is operated by a Japanese hotel group, you can feel the thoughtful Japanese hospitality throughout the property.
One of the most interesting features is the Japanese-style public bath, which was a unique and relaxing experience. Also, the Japanese restaurant serves authentic cuisine, and we especially loved the fresh grouper sashimi and sushi!
Rooms: We stayed in a pool villa, and it was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with pajamas, slippers, and even beach sandals. For toiletries, they offer a selection of high-end brands often found in luxury hotels, so you can choose your favorite.
Dining: There are three main restaurant options within the resort—Japanese, Western, and an international restaurant that includes Vietnamese cuisine. In-room dining is also available with a great variety of choices. You can even enjoy breakfast at different restaurants each morning.
Resort Services: As we were traveling with a child, the kids’ club was a lifesaver! It had dedicated staff who played with the kids, making it a very family-friendly resort.
Transportation: Access to both Da Nang and Hoi An was convenient, and the resort provides a shuttle bus, which made sightseeing effortless.

A truly lovely hotel,we had a villa with a pool and it was excellent 👍. Grounds were kept to a high standard and the beach is literally metres away from the hotel. The location means you need a taxi to get to bars and restaurants however taxis are incredibly cheap compared to western costs and it is not too far so we didn't have an issue. The USP here are the staff- each and everyone were friendly,polite and helpful and we could not fault them at all. Food was good and breakfast was wide and varied and something to suit everyone. One two negatives - there is a quite large pool for children however during our stay there were a number everyday in the adult pool.Part of why we choose this hotel was to have an adult only space which didn't happen.The second negative is that room service ends at 9 pm and by 10 pm there is no activity in terms of bar facilities.In keeping with other hotels of a similar standard we would have expected a bar until at least 12 midnight which in terms of westerners would far better meet their needs. In saying that this hotel is an excellent choice for a holiday.

I visited in December. I made a reservation because I felt safe knowing that it was a Japanese hotel.
I'm really glad I stayed there.
The first thing that surprised me was how thorough the hotel staff was in their training. Not only the staff and cleaners, but also the security guards always bowed politely and greeted me. I also think their customer service skills are high. I was very impressed that even the security guards had been trained in Japanese.
I was also impressed by how proactive the Japanese manager was in serving customers and was very polite.
I really felt that it was worth staying at a Japanese hotel.
The rooms were also very clean. There was no unpleasant smell.
I was also able to watch Japanese TV except for NHK on the TV in the room, which was helpful when I had some free time at night.
The bath had a large public bath and a spacious sauna, and it was a very clean bath.
There was just one thing that was disappointing.
The water in the large public bath and the cold bath smelled very chlorine. It felt like I was in a pool.
I also thought it would be nice if there was an open-air bathing space outside the bath.
But overall, I am very satisfied with this quality of customer service in Vietnam. Very satisfied. I would like to use your service again next time I come. Thank you.
