We had Sunday lunch which was just amazing I had the rib of beef, top quality meat served with plenty of fresh vegetables

Ah yes, I think I know who you are referring to. As Helen said, a gentleman of eccentric appearance. One day when it was foggy we saw him walking up the hill opposite. It looked like a scene from a movie!
