I could barely see any staff working had to wait about 5-7 mins to get acknowledged by the staff and then realise it's not family friendly or suitable for under 18 (usually hotels have minimum age of 16 with an adult present). No refund and the hotel itself didn't have a friendly atmosphere. The staff didn't seem qualified for the job it seemed more like only suitable for certain races. Tried calling hotel to enquire about my refund and they lied saying it's already gone to my bank which certainly didn't happen as I asked for proof which they said will be forwarded to me but sadly never was passed on. All I can tell is the hotel is by no means for family members or couples. I would like trip advisor to take an action as I was declined accommodation and never paid back my money.

Please please please, I request you to please save your self and avoid this hell. My experience- checked in with some heavy luggage... no assistance offered nothing at all, forget it. Got my keys at the so called reception and they were done with it instead was threatened, in an unimaginable tone that " if you smoke then immediately will be asked to check out" I was like WOW. There menu says free delivery in 3 miles, I ordered my dinner and to my surprise I was asked to come back to the restaurant and pick it up, in the same building same hotel, Wow. Supposed to have centralized heating and for that a small heater has been provided in the room... the examples are endless.... please spare yourself...

Barely a hotel. More a few rooms slapped in the top of a restaurant. Very basic and dated. You (just) get what you pay for - Next time I will stay in a shared hostel, it'd likely be quieter and cleaner. Very limited parking - Booked largely based on price and parking availability near the airport - I won't make that mistake again as I arrived to find all parks were taken. Decent food. Directly under flight path, but I got more noise from other guests.
