Stayed here for a couple of days whilst going to see a concert at Twickenham and the overall welcoming was very good. The gentleman was very helpful, informative and friendly. The place has secure access through an electric gate for cars and a lockable side gate for walking through. The room as a whole was very comfortable a roomy and the bathroom, despite a bit of mould and flaky ceiling paint was spacious. The bed was quite comfortable even though the pillows could do with replacing. The breakfast was pretty good too. Great Hotel for its price

We were in a jam, needed a place for one night. For that purpose the room is adequate. The strong smells and dingy appearance of the lobby almost had me walking out but we elected to stick it out. The walls are paper thin and the room, while plenty large enough, brings to mind every no-tell motel you’ve ever seen. We stayed in the room long enough to drop our stuff and go out for the evening, to return and sleep and leave.

This little hotel is tucked away just of the main high st in Cranford. It was clean and a well presented room. The staff were very helpful. Surprisingly we didn’t hear the planes from Heathrow but maybe that’s because we slept so well!!! There was some outside space which was nicely done. Very impressed. The breakfast was lovely too,.

Stayed here for the Saturday night before heading off to Twickenham for England - v - Barbarians the next day. I would agree with the majority of comments (altho no sign of an aggressive owner at all - the member of staff that checked us in was very courteous and efficient). The establishment is tucked away from the main road and with the bonus of secure and free parking (a token is needed if returning after 11.00 pm). The breakfast was served at the table and again staff were all very polite and professional, the continental and cooked breakfasts were very tasty, staff attentive asking if everything was ok and checking if any more tea, coffee etc. was needed. The garden area is also a nice space to spend time in.
