9 years ago I got married at Noiva do Mar. Family members, friends and myself we were accommodated in this amazing resort with sea view. Now, after this 9 years we decided to enjoy our holidays in the place where we lived one of the happiest day off our lives. Our stay was perfect and all the staff is amazing. The apartment is very well equipped and very comfy. Every morning we had an amazing breakfast that was left at our apartment door and every time we needed anything the staff make sure we had it. The swimming pool with infinity ocean view is so relaxing 😎. Also pets are welcome 🐕

I had my marriage here and I couldn't have chosen a better place. All the staff was very helpful during the marriage and our stay, they also provided a great service for both my families which came from both Spain and Italy. Everybody was satisfied with the dinner and the overall conditions of the resort. The organizer was fantastic, from the start until the very end, always available whenever we needed or had any questions, always one step ahead to grant that everything made our day very special. I highly recommend since my experience was a dream come true, thank you so much Noiva do Mar and all the staff.

The enterprise is desperately in need of renewal. The first time we opened the kitchen window broke the puller which was completely rusted. We informed at the reception they said they would handle this in the 5 days we were there nobody came nobody said anything. The window was open all the time. The paint on the walls is falling. The shower only works in one of the bathrooms and one of them is in a deplorable condition. (See photos) The air conditioning and only for decoration turns on and is supposedly working but there is absolutely nothing going on. The air conditioning boxes outside are poor and falling with rust. Changing towels or cleaning did not exist in the 5 days we were there. Reception was just someone there from time to time. Restaurant is closed or opens sporadically. WiFi as many have already said does not work. The bathrooms filled with mold (see photos). We had been in the property about 5 years ago and it wasn't like that. From the idea that no one wants to know.. not at all a 4* at the moment and sincerely I don't even know how you still have permission to be open according to the state of some things

The reception was good, the staff very efficient, friendly and always available, however the information was not complete at the check-in. Me and my family had a great btime here. Spacious apartments, well cleaned and very confy. The food at the restaurant was also a plus! Wonderful, wonderful view! My kids loved the pool and the whirlpools! :) Be back soon!

Stayed in the "resort" for two in late May days in a "suite" and could not wait to leave, starting with an unaceptable long wait for an attendant to come to the reception and then process our booking (made weeks before); the resort, not easy to find as my TomTom could not find the street, seemed almost deserted excepted for two other couples seen latter; for an announced 4 star resort, the room given was cheaply decorated, stain riddled (walls, drapes, sofa), the fridge and microwave were way too filthy (and rusty for the latter, making it a health and risk hazard) and the indoor jacuzzi tub, when turned on the first time, literaly spewed brown blubber-like figments mixed with some hairs. At check-in we were also told that breakfast would be served in the room; at the chosen hour (9am), no breakfast, no attendant. Breakfast was finally brought at 10am after complaint. On the second day, same episode, as "the previous (young) attendant forgot to mention" the 9am client chosen hour to the next day attendant! To finish it off, as a fierce non stop wind would not permit use the beautiful view outdoor pool, tried to relax in the indoor one but that was only possible if wearing a swimming cap, that, you got it, if you haven´t you can buy from them or else... At least tried the sauna, while trying not to get infected by the rusty nails hanging from loose pieces of wood inside! With all these exquisite experiences, we haven´t dared to try the restaurant, much less cook. Overall, hats off for the fine marketing photos but no way the 4 star rating is justified or even the high price tag - the previous days stayed in a 5 star 2 stories villa in Obidos for much less than this so-called resort.

I think compare to lots of places I visited in Portugal, in terms of customer services, has to top the most. The apartment was nice and clean, few hiccups during the 3 day stay, Jacuzzi , air conditioning were working! Breakfast was sufficient for the price! Outdoor pool area was nice! Indoor pool area was untidy and in need of attention. I agree with most reviews the beds are hard to sleep on.

That's the 3rd time I have been to the resorts! Unfortunately the standards are not as good! Cleanliness is not as good, sofas are uncleaned covered qith a throw! The breakfast room is unorganized and the food wasn't replaced. I am really disappointed!
