Thanks again for a perfect evening with great food. Service was excellent, too. There's no other place with such a great view toward the sea and to the mountains. I absolutely recommend the B&B Salvia e Rosmarino in Metato. We will come back.

Back again after a couple of years, our hosts Celeste and Samuele still running this wonderful B&B in a delightful way. Besides the breathtaking view all the way down to the Mediterranean sea at Lido di Camaiore and at clear evenings with twinkling lights from the tip of Corsica and the beginning of the French Côte d'Azur (that's over 200Km!!!),... The poetic name attracted us. We found a peaceful refuge on top of the mountain with excellent food, great view to the valley and sea and two young dedicated owners. All of it made our stay an unforgettable experience. Claes Brundenius & Helle Leth-Møller, Lund, Sweden

We stayed here in July '14. The entrance to this b&b is already pretty impressive. You have to climb the hills, by car of course, of Camaiore (Metato) to access this beautiful accommodation. While stepping the stairs we met Samuel, one of the owners. He and his cousin, Celeste, inherited this old farm house of their grandparents. Once we catched... More

Came back one year later, found the same romantic, quiet, spectacular view, delicious food, great warmth and hospitality from the young couple Samuele and Celeste who run this B&B up in the mountzain village of Metato, some 400 m above sea level. On a clear day the sight stretches from the Côte d'Azur to Corsica! Rooms are few so be... More

We stopped here for 3 nights and are kind of...speachless! To start with, one needs to know how to get here. A winding road will take you 400m above sea level in a 15 minute drive from Camaiore. And that´s the end of the road! Leave your car wherever you can (there´s a small parking place), then either climb the... More

We spent in May 2012 two nights with our children in Salvia e Rosmarino B&B and were very content. Everything was made with love: the rooms, the decoration, the breakfast... The host and the hostess are very nice people and the rooms very clean. The breakfast was delicious and we ate on the terrace and from there we had a... More

We stayed in this hotel in June 2011 for 4 days. That is one of the most amasing hotels we have ever seen. The greatest view to the sea from all the windows. Inside interior like in a cosy French country house- beautiful and unforgettable. As it is high in the mountains the free air and silence are the advantages... More
