Stayed a few days for the Bocelli concert and were not disappointed, ok it would be nice to have Internet in the rooms and some cushions on the sun loungers alongside the spotless, beautiful pool but do not hesitate in booking this hotel if you are in the area!! A fabulous hotel made extra special by the presence of Giovanna...

We stayed for 3 nights. We went to see the Andrea Bocelli concert. The hotel owners were wonderful. They went out of their way to keep everyone happy. The hotel itself is also good. It is neat the town square and right opposite the hot water spring. The hotel rooms are large, clean and everything works. The free WiFi in...

I stayed here for four nights in June. Three at the start of a cycling holiday and one at the end. The garden and pool here is lovely. Some sunny and some shady spots. The room was fine - comfy bed and all the amenities you'd expect of a 3* hotel. But what made it special was the wonderful owner....

This was our last stop after a 3 week trip around northern Italy and what a lovely place it was! Giovanna was a wonderful and thoughtful host-she even made the cake and jam that was served at breakfast herself. There was a beautiful pool surrounded by a picturesque terrace that included lemon trees. This hotel was one of the best...

We stayed here the first and last night of our cycling tour around Tuscany as it was the base of the tour company we used. This hotel exceeded our expectations, a warm, friendly and helpful welcome from our host Giovanna. Breakfast was good, particularly the homemade jams. We didn't use it but the pool area looked nice. Giovanna helped book...

The hotel is very nice with clean rolms and very friendly staff. The breakfast selection is ok and nice, but nothing special. The pool is fantastic. The albergo roma is directly opposite of the terme and it's 2 minutes to the towns main square. You can reach any restaurant within 5-10 minutes by feet. It's also a nice place to...

I stayed at this hotel, with friends, for 5 nights and was so impressed by the outstanding hospitality. Giovanna and her team made us very welcome. It is a traditional family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble and everyone takes immense pride in 'going the extra mile'. An old building full of character offering delicious home cooked food...

Stayed at this lovely place one week in June 2014. Appreciated the location, traveled around in Tuscany, close to Firenze - take the shuttletrain from Scandicci. Calm and cosy after having spent a day in San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca a s o.

My wife, 2x children (12&9) and I stayed here in early June 2015 for a nearby family wedding. Ok the hotel is old but that is it's charm and character, it is definitely in a true Tuscan character. It is spotlessly clean, the pool and gardens beautiful, the food delicious and don't even get me started on how good the...
