My partner and I spend five night here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable with a high degree of privacy. There is a lovely pool and garden area in which to relax. The breakfast was excellent. It is served in the main building which has an outside terrace overlooking the pool. A really nice touch... More

First of all, I never write reviews. But our stay in this place was so good, that I thought they deserved a nice review. The 'inn' is ran by this old sweet french couple. They are really concerned about you having the best of stays, and you bet they pull it through! I won't go into detail about the facilities... More

My previous Les Mazets stay and review did not do it complete justice, because my room that time was one usually not given out to guests. On this occasion in a regular one, the standard is higher and faultless. A lovely, calm, attractive, pleasant and comfortable hotel with friendly service.

What do want from a B&B? Well Les Mazets de Marie de Jules has all that and more. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel welcome and valued from the minute we arrived. I recommend sitting out in the beautiful garden to eat your breakfast although you have it in your room if you prefer. The accommodation is... More

Our efforts to find a place to stay together with friends for some days in Saint-Remy-de-Provence failed. Les Mazets de Marie de Jules in nearby Eyragues appeared to be a good B&B alternative. The change of destination turned out to be a strike of good luck. Other guests have described with enthusiasm the several commendable features of the place, comfortable... More

This was one evening we did not make hotel reservations. We were getting worried that we would not find anything! Then we saw the sign in the village for his hotel. We decided to give it a try. It was our lucky day! Superb hotel at a superb price. Beautiful room with a double door opening from the bedroom to... More

We had a good two nights here with friends. The cabins on the property are extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean and the garden is well maintained. It was sad that it was so cold that use of the pool and garden was not possible but the owners are friendly and helpful at all times. We had an excellent meal in... More

Such a sweet place to stay! Calm, beautiful, stylish. The owners are incredibly welcoming and kind. Nice swimming pool! A lot of sunbeds in the garden. Tasty continental breakfast with fresh orange juice and fruits. I highly recommend to stay here!

Its calm, charm and comfortable rooms, make Les Mazets a delight. I certainly recommend it, despite some small faults such as no hair dryer and the room´s shutters not closing properly (and blowing open during a stormy night). There is no restaurant at the hotel, however an outdoor covered kitchen is available for those who would want to cook.

Just returned from 3 nights at Les Mazets. Highly recommendable! Spotless rooms, friendly, welcoming hosts and a tranquil setting. We walked to the restaurants in the village (Romana and Le Bouchon) and enjoyed our food a lot. Perfect base for Avignon, the Luberon and the Alpilles.

“Probably the rooms at the far end have a better disposition and more privacy. We were in room 4 (of 9) a twin room where the terraces at the back of the rooms are closer together and more heavily shaded.”

“There are nine rooms. If (when) we visit visit again then we'd ask for one of the cabins from the entrance. The look down over the main garden lawn onto the breakfast terrace and pool.”

“All the separate apartments are in one floor buildings except for one. There were 3 of us so we had a second floor with 2 large additional beds (I must say very comfortable). Breakfast is at additional charge.”

“All rooms have their own private terrace bit, shaded from their neighbours by fragrant flower bushes, shrubs and trees. Some had better overhead shade than others, with vine leaves shading the area but all terraces had a good mix of shade/sun. Some can squeeze their own couple of sunloungers in (not #5, Laurier but not really a problem you can still find your own quiet spot in the garden) Personally, from the exterior I liked the look of #8 and 9 - at the far end and beautiful private terrace areas. Don't think any would disappoint though”
