Very large rooms / apartments with a friendly excellent service. There is plenty of parking and even a wellness in the basement. It seems a little difficult to find as the last part of road is narrow.
We stayed for three nights at the end of May. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had unit #1 on the ground floor which was great because we had our little dog and she could lay in the grass beside the patio. The living/dining room was very large with a sofa, chair, dining table, a desk with a flat screen TV, & DVD player. there is a small kitchen area with a two burner stove, pots, pans, dishes etc. were plentiful for eating in. There is a coffee pot with filters provided, hot water pot, toaster, microwave, and a little refrigerator. The refrigerator was full of beverages that only cost one euro (a bargain in Germany) however there was no room for our food that needed to be kept cold unless you move everything out. The bedroom was nice with a huge closet to hang your clothes and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a large shower however one thing I will never understand is why a shower is designed to allow water to run all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was served in a pleasant bright room looking out onto the garden and the food was generous typical German style with coffee, juices, cold meats, cheese, bread, jam, cereal, yogurt, & hard or soft boiled eggs on request. Some constructive criticism: The lighting is very poor, especially in the kitchen where it's needed most. The bathroom could use more light as well and the shower fixed so you don't have to use your towel to mop up the water especially on a Sunday when there is no housekeeping service and you don't have a towel to use the next day. The light switch in the living room near the dining table needs to be repaired. Please remember this is an apartment and not a full service hotel. No one was there when we arrived at 4:00pm but there was a note with a phone number and they arrived within 5 min to give us our key and show us to our room. Also you must pay in cash, no credit cards are accepted.…
