Pets allowed. On site laundry room, free breakfast every morning. Staff is personal and feels like home away from home. Cleaning service is great. My kids enjoyed all the American nostalgia and right next door to the novelty restaurant Big Emmas that is on everyone's Germany bucket list. Great stay, clean facility. Free Wi-Fi. We would stay here again!

Located close to Ramstein Air Base, this is where many temporary military folks are referred to for short stays. I wont go back. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. 1 small flat pillow. The bed cover was so small, a tall friend who also stayed there said it did not even cover him. They lock the front door at 9pm...

I'd be willing to bet many stay here in processing into Air Force or Army communities. With that said, the positives: close to many restaurants. Doesn't get any closer to Ramstein. Room was nice and clean. Negatives are few and mostly transition experiences of first day overseas, I.e. No A/C. Overall it was a good choice for us. Our kids...

This is a no frills, budget hotel very near the air base. My room was clean but very hot without a/c. There also seemed to be a problem with bee infestation. Yellow jackets were everywhere, and opening a window was dicey. This is a seasonal problem, I'm sure. Wifi was super fast. Breakfast was a little below average.

I have been up for 26 hours straight. Came to this hotel after a long long day. The hotel staff gave me a warm welcome. Went to my room it was spotless and the bed was so inviting. Great hotel. I look forward to staying here many many times in the future

You can literally hear the water rush through the walls from upstairs every time someone flushed their toilet. Additionally, there were other foreign customers who stood in the hallway talking all night. You can hear everyone in the rooms next to you. The lights in the hall don't stay on long enough to get into your room. The lights from...

Booked to stay with some friends for one night to allow us to visit and use the American Exchange facilities on the nearby Ramstein Air Base. Great location for it, and the exterior, reception area and dining area are very nice, though the rooms are in need of a refurb! The walls in our room, and our friends, had cracks...

We had booked two nights, but left after the first night. On check-in, it took about ten minutes before anyone attended to us, then our room was at the end of a long, dark corridor, with lights that came on automatically, but switched off before we could put our key in the door. The room itself was nice enough, but...

We arrived one day earlier than expected and our hotel had no rooms available so they directed us to this other hotel, belonging to them as well, for one night. In the morning, there was no water at the breakfast buffet so I asked for some... They wanted me to buy a bottle, I tried to explain that there was...

Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel made a good home base for two weeks. After reading the bad review, I expected it to be noisy and smoky. It was neither. People on the back deck can be heard in the rooms but it's easy enough to close your windows. No cigarette smoke smell anywhere. I brought...
