We stayed only one night as it is near Noboribetsu. The rate is much lower than hotels in Noboribetsu. The hotel is new so all amenities are new. It is obviously a business hotel as we saw a lot of businessmen checking in at night. The room is really small. If you have two big luggages, there is no room to walk. Bed is extremely comfortable and there is a small area with a small couch and table so that you can set up your laptop to work. Free coffee is available in the lobby and their onsen is really good. It is not big but it has a hot and cold bath and a sauna as well. For ladies, there is an added security entering the onsen as you are given a code to enter. The changing room is well done and quite luxurious. Parking is free. There are not a lot of restaurants that are within walking distance. You will need to drive out. Service from staff is really good. One of my friend had trouble with the wifi and the staff was trying to help her out despite not being able to speak English fluently.…
We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel to visit Norboribetsu and other surrounding attractions. We drove, so the parking was free for guests - we would need to hand over the parking ticket to the reception for guest-verification process. The area was quiet but was with many eateries, shops and convenience stores. The staffs were friendly and attentive. A very suitable place for anyone who is travelling to the area for business, as the place was very quite. The hotel, however, does not offer office/business infrastructure except for an internet access. The hotel offers free newspaper stacked at the lift lobby each day. The hotel has a gender-separated public bath on its first floor. So there was no view to speak about. The first floor was also equipped with the restaurant that was opened only for breakfasts and a small lounge that offers free coffee and computer use. We requested for smoking room but the hotel also comes with a smoking room at the first floor next to the lift lobby. The basic twin bed room was not exactly spacious, but comfortable enough for our stay. The cleaning staffs were attentive, and had done a wonderful job ensuring our room was clean at check in.…
