Our fourth visit to La Villa and it excels every time. The warm welcome,the friendly staff, the fabulous rooms, the gorgeous setting and the amazing food and wines…. What’s not to like. Nicola and the team have navigated their way through difficult and sad times these last few years but have emerged triumphant and been able to enhance the La Villa experience with a wonderful Japanese garden and retreat area together with an amazing new dining area which is half out doors half indoors when the spectacular glass walls retract. The attention to detail and the expression of the concrete piles In the design is a credit to Nicola and her vision. I can see a luxury car exhibition in the future😂. We were fortunate to be allocated the Green room which was previously an integral part of the family area and one we had always admired in the past. The layout, the setting, the views and the private terrace area all added to our enjoyment. We stayed five days this visit and each night enjoyed really wonderful food served up by friendly and knowledgable young staff and created by the super chef. Nicola is always on hand and available to enhance your stay and provide advice and suggestions for your visit. She is very friendly and makes you feel rather special without imposing on your time in any way. We could go on and on about this place but you really do need to experience it for yourself and , like us, don’t think you would be disappointed . Onwards and upwards dear Nicola 🥰🥰

La Villa Hotel is absolutely awesome. If one wants a boutique hotel experience with great service, lodging and food, this is the place. It is tucked away in the hills of Piedmont just 20 minutes or so away from Aqui Terme, a great town to visit. The hotel served as our hub to explore Piedmont as we visited the towns of Alba and Asti during the day as well as wineries and the Berta Grappa distillery, which is only a few minutes from the hotel. The room accommodations were spacious and tastefully decorated. The common areas of the hotel were also smartly furnished. Outdoor dining for breakfast and dinner was great. The staff and chef were extremely accommodating as my wife and I chose to keep our dinners simple with pastas, salads, grilled vegetables and dessert. The food was terrific. Kudos to Nikola and her team for providing a memorable guest experience. We will certainly return.

On our short vacation to Italy, my wife and I spent two wonderful nights at La Villa. A very nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff and excellent cuisine. The rooms are very generously furnished with an exceptionally large bathroom. The wonderful swimming pool is a great place to relax. Absolutely recommended. Many thanks to the whole team!

We spent 3 evenings at this perfect countryside villa in Piedmont. The ambience and service were first rate, and the hospitality of the owner made us feel like we were welcome guests in her home. The restaurant was delicious, we happily cancelled dinner reservations elsewhere and enjoyed the chefs creations all three nights we were there. We can’t wait to return.

From the moment we arrived at the reception we were greeted with a friendly face and a welcoming glass of prosecco. The gardens were gorgeous the room beautiful. We travel with our dachsund, so to be given a room with a private terrace was all important, the dining room was perfect as was the delicious dinner. The breakfast was exceptional. The owner Nicola, took the trouble to come and speak to us before dinner. The level of service and attention to detail was of the highest standard. We will be returning very soon.

Quaint, affordable and beautiful, this is a great place to visit if you're looking for an authentic italian situation. Kind of in the "middle of nowhere" you can get way more value for your money and it's right around the parts of italy with both the best wine and food. The staff are wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful grounds and attentive, helpful staff led by the engaging, hands-on owner who wants to make sure everything is just right. The food is exceptional. A short drive from the key wine towns. We’ll be back and will bring friends.

We were driving from Turin, Italy to Milan and decided to make an unplanned stop along the way. We found La Villa Hotel on our GPS and took a chance on arriving there without a reservation. The hotel was on top of a hill near a village surrounded by vineyards. Fortunately the hotel had a vacant suite for one night. Our large suite was on an upper floor of the 16th century palazzo and had a great view. The restaurant for the 4 course fixed menu dinner and breakfast the next morning was outsde in a nice courtyard. The owners and staff were all very nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

Renting a car would be your best option to visit near by villages. Not aware of locale car rental agencies nearby. Might be best to contact management at La Villa for this info.
