At the end of our penultimate day walking the Portuguese Camino we happened upon this wonderful pension. The house inside and out was charming, clean and comfortable and the lady who answered the door was lovely. It was a perfect place to rest our weary bodies before heading off to Santiago de Compostela.

An early 18th century mansion on the way out of Padrón, the last stop before Santiago de Compostela. It's all a trifle bit dated but enjoyable nonetheless. I found it clean and haven't heard any complaints from the remainder of the group. The reception was a bit 18th century also (don't think they own a computer) but in the end...

I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and I thought it was wonderful after being on a bike seat all day long. Yes, the bath was a tight fit, and yes, the old folks that run the place were very solemn, but they were fair and helpful in storing our bicycles in the garage. In overall context of what you might...

Looks really nice but would not recommend staying here. 4 of us cramped into a room. Dreadful not clean bed covers on beds. Once stripped off beds were clean. Staff not friendly. Had to take breakfast in local cafe.

After a long and hot day of hiking the Camino Portugues, I was glad to have found Pensao Jardim. The reception was not that warm but maybe the man was having a bad day. I found our room reasonably big and the bed comfy. The bathroom is a bit cramped. I actually slept well, despite the traffic noise.

Dark, cramped and uncomfortable. We stayed in a room on the first floor, with a huge canopy bed that filled the room. It was hot, but we could not leave the window open because of the traffic noise and the fact that anyone could have walked off the street right through the window into our room.

we arrive on our Camino in a rainy day the owner was not nice from the beginning ! the house inside is like a museum - don't touch this and don't touch here ! the atmosphere is like in a funerary house ! dark and cold ! run away ! don't stay here !

Contrary to other reviews this was the probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in First the huge medieval furniture, tacky reproductions. Although appearing to be clean The room had an awful odour.it smelled like sewage that someone tried to disguise with air freshener. The result was sufficient to gag a maggot. I opened the window and was told I had to...

We arrived in Padron in the middle of a rain storm, and somehow drove right to the park where we immediatly found the Pension Jardin. Lucky for us there were rooms available, and with one look at the double room downstairs, I had no need to even see the twin rooms upstairs! The furnishings were fabulous, with lovely exposed stone...
