My wife and I had a most wonderful 2 night stay at this boutique hotel. The room we had chosen had a great view of the surrounding fields and further down to the ocean. The bedroom was very well appointed with a very large bathroom. On both mornings we had breakfast in the café which was really nice. We would...

We really enjoyed our midweek visit to George's. The room was well appointed with lovely views (room 2). There are lots of lovely walks to do within close proximity, and the new Eagle Skylift is only metres up the road. The breakfast is outstanding and one of the best accomodation breakfasts we've had. The only thing that would have made...

We stayed here for just one night of four in the Mornington peninsular. Wished we'd stayed longer. Our room was beautifully appointed, very private and spacious. Every detail was considered and the Molten Brown toiletries were fabulous !! The sparkling wine on arrival was in the fridge and the breakfast selection was beautiful. A very intimate and private setting and...

No attention to detail has been spared. Bespoke by design, this modern apartment has an incredibly relaxing feel to it. Proximity to the walking trails and Arthur's seat chair lift is great, and every mod con has been thought of. Food also amazing

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A place where tranquility meets modern luxury - welcome to this unique contemporary B&B. Just over an hour from Melbourne, George's Boutique Bed and Breakfast at Arthurs Seat is located on the idyllic Mornington Peninsula. Your Mornington Peninsula accommodation here is a stone's throw from award-winning wineries, quality local produce, world class golf courses, marine activities, art galleries, walking tracks and natural spa treatments. The base for your stay is an architecturally designed masterpiece. The stunning Port Phillip Bay views from the balcony alone make the stay worthwhile. George's isn't just another B&B. George's hosts an exclusive gourmet cooking school retreat. The retreat runs periodically throughout the year, catering from beginner to budding chef extraordinaire. We run intimate group settings, 8 per group, so you will always have access to our master chef instructor. Each retreat will have its own theme, perhaps with a Tuscan or Moroccan based feel selecting the finest produce from local markets. When you're not cooking up a storm maybe a spa treatment or round of golf might interest you. Whatever your taste our themes are sure to satisfy! Inside, local art lines the walls among boutique style modern furnishing and your sanctuary away from it all is completed by king size beds with crisp white linen (Egyptian cotton) and a thoughtful collection of pillow fillings. No detail has been left unattended. The invitation is yours - indulgence awaits. ... more   less
