I don't know if there is shuttle bus or tour service available to book from the hotel, you will have to check with them for that, but if you want to spend as little as possible, my advice would be to take the KTEL bus from Nea Makri to Athens.
It's a 10min walking distance from the hotel, ticket is very cheap and has regular schedule, every 1 hour from 05:30 in the morning until about 22:00 at night.
Same for return trip. So you can leave like, around 09:00 and be back at 23:00 or earlier. It takes abt 1 hour to get you to Athens, final station is Pedion Tou Areos Park.
Check below link, timetable is in Greek, but someone can mark it for you.
From there, you have three options. You can walk to Omonia Square, which is abt 15min walking distance and another 15-20 minutes walking to Monastiraki, where Acropolis, Thision and everything else you probably want to see are just around and nearby.
Or, you can take a taxi to get you there for around 4 euro if there's little traffic
Or, you can take the urban rail, nearest station from Pedion Tou Areos is Victoria station, less than 10min walk. This gets you at Monastiraki, Thision, Acropolis etc
pls see below map
As far i know, most tourists do it like that. Best to spend as little for transportation and save your money to enjoy some nice food/drink or shopping. All you need is a map and timetables for train and bus. I'm sure hotel staff can provide these.
Enjoy your stay!

I think you meant to send your question to a hotel manager rather than me (a reviewer), but I do know the answer. ;-) There are three ways of going to Athens from the hotel: by bus (which can take a longish time as traffic gets dense inside the city); by bus + metro (get off at station Pallini); by taxi organised by the hotel. The bus/metro are very cheap (a bit over 3 euros one way for the bus, less than 2 euros for the metro); the taxi organised by the hotel is 100 euros for the round trip.
I took the taxi + metro option and it took a bit less than one hour and a half to get to a station very near to the Acropolis.
Hope this helps!
