The resort especially the rooms are actually nice and made of wooden logs. Unfortunately it has zero noise insulation - you can hear all the sounds of people walking upstairs, showering coughing and also people's footsteps and chatter on the walkway outside. The channels on the TV are pathetic . Also the swimming pool water was murky and there was... More

We stayed at the upper floor of Pavilion Room, which was spacious and luxury. The staff helped us carried the luggage upstairs. The greenery surrounding is a breathtaking view. You can exercise by just walking inside the resort area. You can take a dip in the large swimming pool. The food are tasty but I hope there are more variety... More

At first glance, the resort is charming with its rooms houses in little wooden huts. However, the nightmare of this resort appears at night when you try to go to bed and woe be unto you if you are on a lower floor. Ther eis zero noise insulation and you can hear every little grain of rice dropped onto the... More

Came for a short gateway with my husband and my baby. We stayed at the "lower" level of the Pavillion Room. To be honest, I won't recommended those who wants to have a leisure time especially if you are travelling with infants to stay at the "lower" level as you can hear all sort of "noises" that happening upstairs. To... More

Went there for a weekend getaway with my family. At the Reception, the staff appears to be rude and act like do not wish to entertain guest. A minus point here. About the resort, it is a good place to get away and relax. Beautiful scenery and soothing ambience. Apparently, the whole resort centers around their amazing pool area with... More

Went there for a weekend getaway with my wife for her birthday. The hotel staff were generally quite friendly and helpful. However, the hotel does not meet the expectations of being a 5 star resort. The room is big but the two bath towels that was provided is rather old. Going to the swimming pool around 11am, there were no... More

Hotel does not meet the expectations. Constant problems with the air conditioner in the room. It is problematic to repeatedly keep on taking out the key card from the slot, wait for the room to be completely dark, and insert back the key card in the slot hoping that with every try the air conditioner would work properly. The Room... More

Stayed 1 night at the resort. We had 2 rooms, a triple & a suite. The suite was very nice but the 3 beded room was a bit cramp. We had the Hotpot for dinner but I would not recommend anyone to have it though. Breakfast was good as they had quite a good spread. We were very happy that... More

A good place to get away and relax. Beautiful scenery and soothing ambience. The only problem we faced during the stay was the water pressure problem. We realised the problem around 4++pm, however it only been settled around 7pm, causing our schedule being dragged as we couldn't bath. Other than that, the staffs were friendly.
