We went with friends for Sunday lunch. The starters were very nice, they came after a moderate wait. We had already ordered the lunch, and we all chose the roast. 2 chicken, 1 beef and 1 pork. We then had to wait for over 1 hour for the main meal to arrive. When it finally came, the meat was very...

I booked this pub for a group meal as I saw on the internet that it had a children's play area in the garden, I didn't expect the food to be as good as it turned out to be! Excellent value for money and good tasty home cooked food. Will visit again!

New managment. Chef previously worked in top London restaurants but still good honest pub grub with a specials board to die for! Rooms being renovated. Managers are lovely and welcoming. Open every day. Worth a visit.
