We recently stayed in Karen's B+B for a night. It is located a 5 minute walk from the town centre and is quite easy to find. From the moment we arrived Karen was hospitable and friendly. She gave great advice on where to eat and what local pubs would have live music that evening......even phoning around to find out on...

Stayed at Brookside for one night and were made to feel very welcome by Karen. She couldn't have done more for us. Room was lovely and clean and breakfast was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

It was great to be back at Brookside especially as it remains unchanged- welcoming, clean, warm, with a fantastic breakfast. Karen and Alan are excellent hospitable hosts and we look forward to returning to Brookside.

Karen was wonderful! She set the standard for our B&B experience during our trip to Ireland. As our first night stay on our 10 day trip, we couldn't have asked for a better place or hostess. Karen was so very hospitable and gracious. The B&B itself was adoreable, clean, effecient, and comfortable. The full Irish breakfast, prepared by Karen, was...

This was our first trip to Karen and Alan's B&B - exellent welcoming couple, from the en-suite bedroom to breakfast and all round cleanliness was faultless. We will be recommending Brookside B&B and will be returning again next year.

Recommended by a lady we stayed with on one of our previous trips to Ireland, we enjoyed one of our best accommodations on our tour round the “Green Island”. Brookside is situated at the end of the village, but in walking distance of a very good pub with excellent food (The Spinnaker Bar). Even the village is not too far...

Our 4th trip to Karen and Alan's delightful B&B did not disappoint us - their kindness, service and hospitality thankfully remains unaltered. They are fantastic hosts and we look forward to seeing them and Brookside again next year.

Karen and Alan are the most genuine and welcoming of hosts. Of particular note for us, apart from the warm welcome, were the general cleanliness and attention to detail in the room, the en-suite, and the dining room. We stayed one night this month on a quick trip to the south of Ireland for personal reasons and instantly realized we...

Just got home after our 3rd time staying at Brookside - Karen and Alan are such a hospitable couple - as usual, they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable - even driving us to the local restaurant, plus an enormous help in getting up early to make our sandwiches and coffee for our ferry trip from Rosslare. Thank...

My wife and I stayed 1 night at the Brookside. We were treated like a king and queen. Every thing, the reception, information about the region, the wedding cake, breakfast... was EXCELLENT. Thanks Karen you made our stay wonderfully memorable.
