Great location with perfect service! Beautiful surroundings, amazing views and just stunning place to be! The rooms are spacious and the service at the reception was very welcoming. Weddings are held here to have unforgettable moments. Classy place!

My husband and I stayed here after a trip up to Rimini for work. It was an oasis of relaxation, nature and good food. The views are absolutely incredible, the staff is lovely and the castle is breathtaking. It was total relaxation for us, as we went during what seems to be low season so there were not a lot...

Had found this place on Tripadvisor (thank you) but were not anticipating how totally delightful it is. What a special place, up on the hilltops about 25km outside of Pesaro an idyllic country hideaway. We had a lovely room in one of the modern buildings but it did not matter that it was modern, there was an upstairs sitting area...

The hotel is based in an historic castle, but most of the rooms are in a 'new' annex next door, but that means modern rooms and the combination works pretty well. The rooms are large and fairly well appointed and comfortable, but need some revamping - we had a CRT television! The location though is the winner - a hill...

The hotel and grounds are lovely. A proper castle or more modern rooms in buildings outside of the walls. Beautiful views from the pool across the valley and towards the sea.Everything worked and was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just one thing stops me giving it 5 stars - the breakfast. Very little choice and slow to...

We stayed here for 3 nights, and loved the setting. We spent time by the pool, went running in the hills and enjoyed the view from all different angles. We did however miss more places to eat. Luckily there is a very charming family trattoria just by the foot of the palazzo. Breakfast was very good on sunday. You should...

Helpful staff working in a rather delapidated castle. Comfortable bed in lovely room, but with an old shower over the bath rather than separate unit. And a noisy and not very effective a/c unit. Rather limited breakfast, with very sweet croissants and hard bread, though delicious homemade cakes. Seemed rather expensive in comparison with other castles.

Just had 3 wonderful days at Viviani. We last stayed there in 2006 and decided to revisit Rimini and see Ravenna. It's a great retreat being in the hills above Rimini. The rooms in the main building are very comfortable and well appointed and the pool is a great plac e to relax after spending time down in the centre...

We stayed here for one night on our way up to the Dolomites. The palazzo is very pretty, in a lovely walled town which feels a bit like a fairytale. We were there for our wedding anniversary and were very surprised (and pleased!) to be put in a lovely suite with beautiful frescoes on the walls. The staff are helpful...

My fiance' and I booked a night in Palazzo Viviani through Groupon. The place is absolutely breathtaking, the view, the swimming pool, the Palazzo. However everything was closed, there was nothing else to see other than the Palazzo, it seemed a little "fake". There were services that were unavailable but were listed. The staff was very nice although the check-out...
