We are travelling to marbella from Italy and we stopped here for one night The two rooms were clean, large and comfortable with amenities. The young lady in reception was very kind and nice. Breakfast in the big room satisfied all wishes. Parking car is closer at 9€. A lot of bars and restaurants to taste typical food. Very good

The outside appearance looks awful but do not let that put you off. Once inside it is ok. The young lad on reception was very helpful and always had a smile. The bar area is basic. They only do a B & B option with snacks in the bar. We had the superior room on the third floor which was large and very spacious. Big plasma tv with seating area and a small entrance hall with plenty wardrobe space. The bathroom was large with a big bath and a seperate shower which was very good. Plenty hot water and lovely fluffy towels. Car parking is underground at 9 euros a night. Plenty bars and restaurants within walking distance. This is a good place to stay if you want to be in the centre of town.

I stayed here last night, whilst working in the area. The external appearance of the place wasn’t the best, but inside it’s actually not too bad. We arrived around 9pm, after a very long day, and the lady on reception was on the phone, she continued that call for a good few minutes, then answered another call too! Very rude in my opinion. The rooms are Ok but very strangely decorated to say the least.

Very accommodating staff, room was clean, beds were comfortable, big bathroom with a great shower, and very little exterior noise despite being right downtown. Many restaurants nearby. Underground car park right in front of hotel and one gets a discount on the car park from the hotel. No lift in the car park but there is a lift in the hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choices and unlimited coffee. Hallway carpets need refurbishing--but it's all very clean. Don't be put off by the exterior appearance, this is a very nice place to stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights in late February and had one family and one superior room. I would recommend this hotel and would sincerely like to thank the wonderful staff. Pros: - Very centrally located - Extremely well cleaned rooms - Family room had two separate bedrooms (although no door between) - Superior room was very spacious, had good views and nice extras such as daily complimentary water, bathtub for two persons, separate "atrium" - The staff was very friendly and helpful Cons: - From the outside, definitely the ugliest building in the city! - Teenagers very loudly partying (and vomiting) in the plaza in front of the hotel disturbing the sleep in the superior room - The heating in the family room was not working (we were provided with an additional heater)

We stayed in this hotel in August when we were attending a wedding nearby. From the time of booking, we found the staff to be extremely helpful. They answered all our queries pre arrival and even kindly booked a hairdresser for me for the day of wedding. The hotel has a very functional appearance, but, behind this facade, we found a 5 Star Service. The public areas in this hotel are shabby and could do with brightening up, but, this does not detract from the great service the hotel provides. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and had everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. The hotel is very well situated in the city of Vilafranca del Penedes. It is within walking distance of a very nice old centre, which is worth a few hours of your time. There is an excellent Wine Museum in the centre of town. The hotel is also well situated for drives into the Wine region of Penedes. There is ample parking nearby with a special daily rate which you pay at the hotel. There are also numerous Tapas bars and some good restaurants within walking distance of hotel. To some up, I would certainly recommend this hotel. It may not be the most aesthetically beautiful, but, this is more than compensated for by the great service provided by the staff.

The hotel had a super price offer, clean room, large bathroom, good breakfast and is right in the middle of town. Parking is available at 10 EUR in a very near public, guarded underground parking. Super ! We were surprised by the beauty of the town and its nearby bodegas, e.g. TORRES on the outskirts (worth visiting) and the spanish CAVA epicenter: Sadurni D´Anoia at ca. 12 km north of town. Noise sensitive guests should ask for a room facing the backstreet because it´s rather lively at the front of the hotel at night on weekends.

It doesn't look much from the outside but this is an excellent hotel. We had a big and comfortable room with a bath as well as a shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent position in the centre of town.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the town, 5 minutes walk from the train station and near all the main sites (wine museum, cellars, etc). The rooms were new, neat and clean. The staff was correct and the breakfast very varied. Great value for money!
