We visited the spa on a weekday and were lucky enough to have the facilities to ourselves so we had more privacy and relaxation.
I booked a pack with massages on the website but when booking you indicate the day without being able to select a time, so they called me telling me that that day I couldn't do that pack. But it was solved by choosing another product. It would be nice to be able to define that before completing the reservation.
There are a couple of drawbacks and that is that the changing rooms are very small, only 1 person can fit in each level even though there are 6 lockers. On the other hand, the jacuzzi water was too hot to the point of burning a little.
For the rest, the facilities are great and well maintained, and the rest of the pools have the appropriate temperature.
Since you operate the different services yourself, I recommend turning on the vaporarium (Turkish bath) before using it so that it warms up to temperature.
The area is a little complicated to locate parking but we will surely return!

We stayed 4 nights for more than 1000 euros hoping to find the services of a 4 star. Surprise virtual reception (check your emails otherwise you won't come in) there is no staff. Surprise there are no breakfast rooms either (although specified in the reservation with the breakfast times) so it's a struggle. No swimming pool (empty pool on the roof) not specified when booking)
The rooms are clean and the cleaning is impeccable every morning

Good hotel. Very large comfortable room, good bathroom and good cleaning. Correct WiFi. Nice outdoor pool area on the roof. The buffet style breakfast is very good. Reception and hotel staff very correct throughout the stay.

Terrible. You pay and the code to enter the room is 2 hours late. The whole reception full of couples with the same problem.
The outrageous spa, it's 2 pools. We paid for half an hour of private hot tub and it was 20 min

Had to help several client clients to get home. Only consolation the person on the phone very kind and confused. No fridge in the rooms and no sandals provided to go to the sauna. I've spend a night here and booked like a week in advance. I couldn't book the Spa but clearly mentioned in the notes that I wanted to go there. The village itself is nice, people are very friendly but it is a small place, so you can easily see all in an afternoon. I recommend getting a bike and cycle around the area.
We could only do the check-in at 3 like everyone else but if that's the policy, they should put more people at the reception. There was only 1 person (very friendly and nice) but it did take a very long time to check-in. We were second and had people behind us and our check-in took like 15 min (the one before even longer). We then booked breakfast and they needed to check if the Spa is actually available. In the end it was but still, if you can't book it in advance and that's the reason you're going to a hotel, then they should clearly mention that beforehand.
The spa itself was a little disappointing. Very, very small and spending an hour there was more than enough. I expected it a little bigger with more options but it was one of the tiniest ones I've been to so far. Considering that it's a Hotel & Spa - I just expect a proper spa...
Rooms were tidy and clean, beds very comfortable but the view was extremely disappointing. It did say we have a mountain view but we actually had the window in front of another wall. If you leaned out of the window and looked around the corner, you could see the tip of a mountain but that's really not a nice view, especially if a specific view is advertised.
Breakfast was not the best but ok. More for a business trip really though. All in all it was a good stay but I wouldn't recommend it if you actually want a relaxing spa weekend, I'm sure there are better spas in that area.

I spend one night here end of January and it was a comfortable night. The badroom
was huge, bed very comfortable and the spa gave me a time to relax myself a little bit after a long day.
The ony small “minus” was that there is no parking place directly at the hotel, but you get a key and can park your car inside a garage nearby.

Ended up here by accident, but ended up loving it. Did not try a massage, but the room was large, quiet, well air conditioned, and clean. Bed very comfortable, WIFI was fast. Very nice small swimming pool on top - nice refreshing end to the day. Would be nice if they served beverages up by the pool, as the patio has a nice view. Would also suggest that they provide a map of how to get to the thermal springs. We tried following their advice, and followed signs in town, but never did find it. A CLEAR map would be helpful. Town isn't that big, so probably our fault, but for a place whose central draw is thermal springs, you'd think they make them easy to find. (This is not the hotel's fault!)
