Good points....the welcome was excellent, we arrived late and the male receptionist was very friendly and courteous. Our room was good and had a large balcony. Although the peacosk birds were an amazing sight, they were, on occasions very noisy, sometimes, even at night-time. Beds were generally fine. Negatives....that are, as I say, easy to fix...firstly the service in the...

We had a deluxe double room which overlooked the golf course and the sun in the afternoon streamed onto the balcony until sun set. Room spacious as was the balcony. You could have held a party on it! Typical large Spanish Hotel, clean and attentive staff. Lovely pool, quiet as early in the summer season. Restaurant impersonal but what you...

We stayed 2 weeks at the Husa as we have friends who live nearby. We upgraded to one of the corner rooms on the top floor - definitely good in terms of being quiet and having a large balcony with great views. The best about the room was said balcony, a huge very comfy bed and a spacious bath room....

We wanted to stay a couple of days in Playa de San Juan to enjoy its stunning beach. We were nicely surprised by the Hesperia (?) Alicante hotel, about 10min stroll from the beach, nice and clean, comfortable rooms, and excellent rates for peak season August. Would definitely return if we go back to San Juan!

Not a cheap hotel, this is the second time I've stayed. I like the rooms and the out door pool in particular is great. In August they have a free shuttle bus to and from the beach. The breakfast, included in the rate, is one of the best I've had. BUT, the drinks prices are an outrageous rip off; around...

We arrive friday by noon and although the check-in was not until 4 pm, we got to use their pool facilities until our room was available one hour later. Nice clean room with a view to the street and not to expensive minibar (not to the beach because the hotel is 1km from it) but if you wake up easily...

Hotel was lovely. Just a few stains on the carpet but nothing to worry about. Beds really comfortable, bathroom nice, pools amazing and really quiet. We went during the may week and got there on the Tuesday and there were less than 10 people around two pools. It was fab. It stayed like this till the Thursday afternoon so perfect...
