One of the best hotel stays I've had. Room was really impressive. We stayed in ones with the private onsen. Also, the kids room was the best I've seen. Hotel setting was beautiful. Food was decent. Staff was helpful. Can't find anything I didn't like about this place at all.

We had a Japanese-style room with open air bath facing the bridge, so the view was good and unobstructed. The open air bath (in-room onsen) was already filled with onsen water when we checked in, saving us the work of having to fill it (which happened in some other hotels). The bath also faced the bridge, offering a nice view...

We had booked rooms at the Spa Suite Hoshyu-tei and had our own outdoor private onsen facing the Tokachi river and beautiful landscape. The room is very spacious and clean, with a real fireplace too! There is a lounge where you can have access to soft drinks, beer and light snacks. There's also a small library of books and CD's...

first of all, just take free bus from Obihiro JR station to the Onsen area, about 20 minutes. staff was ready to welcome me. So warm. Breakfast and dinner was included. Good Onsen with fresh air. Also there is van to travel back to JR station in the morning. The view is very good (looking at the bridge and river)

2nd time staying at this hotel. First time was in 2011 with my son, fast forward to 2016 we came with our 2 other children. The thing that was most memorable was the private onsen and the buffet. We came here at the end of our ski trip at club med (1 hr drive) to wind down. In 2011 we...

Stayed for a night in a room with private outdoor onsen. The room is tastefully furnished and very spacious with a dining and sofa area. There is beautiful view of the river from the balcony. Room comes with access to the Premium lounge, which is also very nicely done up. Buffet dinner has a very good spread. We rented bicycles...

It's probably the best hotel in the area. But, I found the facility such as the onsen public bath to be a bit outdated and old. The room condition was good. We stayed in western bedrooms. And there's a balcony facing the River. Excellent view. You can view the sunset sitting in the chair in the balcony. bathroom is very...

We are currently staying in this amazing hotel. They have a beautiful riverside scenery. It was a beautiful blend of traditional and international class hotel. With wifi connection in each room. We had a heartiful buffet dinner and it is seriously the yummiest japanese buffet ever. You get to cook your own kamameshi too. They also have 2 levels of...

We chose this hotel with high expectations as the hotel pictures in internet were all very nice but we ended quite disappointed. We were given a western room on 4th floor. The room was quite spacious and there were coffee machine, CD player and musical CDs provided. The room also had a good view of the bridge and river. But...
