My family (including 2 teenage daughters) stayed 7 nights in this beautiful hotel. We loved every part of this hotel but it was the hotel staff that made it truly special. Although mostly business people seem to stay at this hotel, the hotel staff didn't treat my family and I any differently. The Concierge were particularly helpful organising for us...

Spacious rooms, great location, amazing breakfasts and service make this hotel unique. Beautiful Lobby and gardens outside. Near train station for any excursions and a central London cation from where to walk to all different neighborhoods. Not as congested as center city.

I always stay at the Palace Hotel when coming to Tokyo on business. I particularly enjoy the balcony from my room, which overlooks a historic part of the city and the Imperial gardens. The rooms are very modern and the hotel restaurants are some of the best in the city.

Rooms are huge, and some are with Balconies, where you can view over the Royal Palace. Plenty of Greens. The Japanese restaurant are Good, but booking is absolutely necessary. Don't expect a Cheap Meal, it costs more than Yen 15000 per person

A glorious hotel, full of charm and class. The rooms are beautiful, uncluttered, elegant and luxurious. The crisp white bedding is a joy. A glass of champagne in the lobby bar area is one of life's pure pleasures. The staff are so friendly. Even the flowers are exquisite. Have a said enough? How about the timeless views of the Imperial...

Palace Hotel Tokyo has a great fitness center that is 24/7 - with free Evian water! They also have the best breakfast buffet! The hotel seems to be busy all the time... but they have everything you need!

I can't even say enough about the amazing service at this hotel. Everyone offering to help at every second. I thought everyone was looking for a tip but found out you don't tip in Tokyo. The people were amazing. Had a huge balcony on the 18th floor with stunning views. The food in the grand kitchen was amazing. The area...

Hotel is nicely located, by the Palace. The jogging route around the Palace is one of the best route I've been running on. Boutique shopping arcade is right at the basement and subway station is about 10-minutes walk. Room is spacious and clean, city-side view is good, Palace-side view is fantastic. Amber Palace restaurant offers great Sichuan cuisine and Lounge...

We stayed at the Palace for a week, and we could find no fault with the experience. Checking in and Checking out was very prompt, and we were sown to our rooms very quickly. As a family of four, we had two rooms, and the rooms had a common area that was separated from the rest of the rooms, which...

I travel frequently for work around the world, I must say this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever have ever experienced. We were lucky enough to stay at this hotel when they opened up the Imperial Palace Gardens for the Cherry Blossom Festival. It was an experience I will cherish forever. The hotel staff truly understand service....
