We stayed here in September and really enjoyed it. The location is great with the Ginza just out the back door and the Imperial Palace a short walk away. Everyone was so friendly and polite and the hotel restaurants we tried ( there are many) we enjoyed. Drinks in the lobby bar was a highlight and every night (maybe not...

We stayed in imperial hotel for one night. Impressive decoration, professional and efficient service, well equipped room (auto filled bath tub with your prefer temperature, Bluetooth speaker, control monitor at bedside etc) and great selection of food in the breakfast. I did not get a chance to use their gym nor other facilities. Recommended for people who like luxury, elegant...

This hotel is a really good hotel. It is really confortable, and It is a spinning piece of art deco architecture. The rooms were old fashioned, but they were really comfortable. In the underground level, there was a lot of restaurants and shopping, and it is really well located at the heart of Tokyo, a few blocks from the Imperial...

We stayed in the hotel during a congress. The hotel, the organization of the 5 day event, the restaurants....everything was near perfection. I reckon we were a bit overwhelmed by the level of attention, maybe a bit too much!? They were changing towels at least twice a day, everyone was attentive and, of course, respectful. After all, it's Japan. Good...

This is a hotel about which the first word that comes to mind is "GREAT." From the rooms to the service to the restaurants to the location across from Hyibia Park near the Imperial Palace, I've been staying here at various times in the last 25 years. I can't imagine that you won't enjoy this classic gem of a property.

Spent four nights here on business in a standard room in the main building. The rooms are a good size and the rooms are well kept. The hotel is very nice, well kept and in excellent condition. Close to the business area of Tokyo (within walking distance) and close to the Tokyo Metro. The hotel is near the Imperial Palace...

We booked ourselves into this hotel for 2 nights as a treat to end our Japan visit and a treat it was! Booking online from Australia felt a bit stilted but we followed the instructions and joined the Imperial Club before booking and as a consequence we were treated to a room upgrade, additional discounts and a 18:00hrs checkout. The...
