I booked a larger room to only discover that the extra "space" was in the hallway which is required to enter the end of hall room. What a sever disappointment to find out the hotel was dishonest from booking. This is not the level of service one would expect from a company who prides themselves on providing a product that...

As others have said, the hotel is in a great location for access to Tokyo Station. It is also close to the bus station for transfers to Haneda Airport. I'm not sure about Narita but I found it a lot easier to use the bus service than the metro. Check in and service is excellent, as are most places in...

This hotel is a primary choice when visitng Tokio. Wonderfully located above the main station, offers all the amenities of a grand hotel. The huge lobby is amazing. The view from most of the room in the high floors is unparalleled. Love this place.

This hotel is just on the other side of north exit of Tokyo station, and that makes it ideal as a fixed point for visiting. Service was flawless, i do not really understand some of the bad notes for this; I arrived and stayed as a foreigner alone but did not have any issues with availability or language. Decoration of...

We where in Tokyo for business, the location is very good, you have everything near by... very close to the subway and metro station. The room was ok, not very big but clean. The staff was very friendly.

We were really surprised by the nice big room and overall very satisfied with this hotel. The location was great, just steps away from Tokyo Station and a shopping centre - both having many great restaurants to explore and enjoy. The hotel also has nice restaurants and a bar with a neat view overlooking the trains. Although it is quite...

The hotel is centrally located just next to Tokyo Station which makes it very convenient if you want to catch the bullet trains or inter-city trains. Rooms are clean and larger than most of the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms. Staff were also super helpful.

I've stayed several times in the past year at the Marunouchi Hotel. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are clean and well appointed, and the location to the Tokyo train stop connects you to everywhere in the city. Flying into Haneda Airport, the monorail and quick train connection take about 30 minutes and the ticket is just 650...

Nothing but good things to say about this hotel! Super nice and clean and conveniently located next to Tokyo station, restaurants and shops. Staff was warm and welcoming and they offer currency exchange at the front desk if you need it. If you're hesitating at all... don't! Just book! You won't regret it! I'd stay again in a heartbeat :...

We stayed in this hotel because of its location and we were very happy about this choice. We had a nice baby bed in the room and for our toddler they added safety bars on the sides of the bed. People at the front desk speak english very well. Good breakfast.

Thank Sam R
