I realized early on that Tokyo Station would be the perfect location for most of my travels, so I selected Marunouchi Hotel because it was the most convenient and decently reviewed hotel in my price range. And I pretty much got what I expected.
By Japanese standards the room is quite spacious, and it was well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay.
The problem I have with this hotel is the minimal service (and in Japan you can be picky about that).
