The hotel is located near to Tokyo Station (in fact, it is connected from underground). Just like other business hotel at its class, the room is not big. But for those who do not understand Japanese, no need to worry because hotel staff (at least those at the lobby) can provide guide in English. Suggestion : you book limousine bus...

Stayed there for a business trip with a couple of colleagues, and like all properties it's location, location, location. As mentioned by other reviewers, it's right next to Tokyo station, so arriving by Narita Express is a 15 min walk. And it's walking distance to many of our meetings. Room is small, but it's cleverly optimized that the bed is...

I stay here on business and the hotel is repeatedly ... fine. My room category was with a "couch" which was not present, and given that when I asked to not have a train side room (light sleeper) the front desk flatly refused because I had a station side rate (didn't even look to see if other rooms were available)....

Stayed at this hotel in end-of-July for 4 nights and it is conveniently located right next to the Tokyo central station, with direct underground access into the station. This alone makes it worth staying there as you are right in the station and underground, shoping area. Accessibility is wonderful! The rooms, by Japanese norms, are very good and comfortable if...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marunouchi Hotel. It is conveniently located near the Tokyo Railway Station and within walking distance of the Imperial Palace gardens. The rooms are fairly large, considering it's in Tokyo, and very quiet.

It is very conveniently located next to the Tokyo Station making it very accessible especially if using Narita Express or Limousine bus from the airport. There is also an adjacent shopping area next to the building which has an AM:PM 24 hr store and some cafes/restaurants and shops. Service level is good. Other than that, the room is small compared...

Conveniently located right opposite from the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station, you can reach the hotel through the underground passage from Tokyo Station (valuable feature when travelling in bad weather condition). The twin room I stayed in is quite spacious and I particularly like the stool they provide in the bathroom as I often find lack of space to...

I spent 8 nights at the Marunochi Hotel and found it to be reasonably good. Room size was quite compact but typical of many Japanese business hotels. Sleep quality was pretty good with a decent bed and no street noise heard on Level 10. As many have mentioned, the hotel location is excellent for business people working in the Marunouchi...

A very nice Japanese hotel right next to the Tokyo station. There are many amenities around and the Imperial palace is a 10 minute walk away. The furnishings are great, although I was told there wasn't a room with a king bed (instead two double beds). The hotel has no gym. Minor issues included longer waiting times for the 2...

Very easy to transfer to Narita or Haneda airport by train or bus. The room of this hotel is cosy. This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel and i love...
