Location of this hotel is perfect, great view over the Tokyo station. Rooms are not big, but acceptable size, and good design and comfort. They serve breakfast too late, starting at 7:00 so if you have to leave around 7:00 or early, (my case) you will not have the chance to eat breakfast !! I can not recall seen a... More

Location is perfect and right below the tokyo station. Narita express is just within ten minutes of walk. Nice boutique hotel, staffs are fluent in English, and excellent on service. Free wifi. Free water kettle for those that would love a hot cup of water or tea. Room is nicely classic wood color designs. Small bathroom but with a nice... More

Right in the heart of Tokyo, directly connected by underground mall to Tokyo Central station. Perfect location I would imagine for business travel, but I was there with my family and two young children. Did not notice any other kids in the hotel, in fact. The hotel is close to the Imperial Palace and Gardens, Ginza and Tsukiji. Also well... More

The hotel is just across the road from the train station but it can also be accessed by the underground mall network. Going from the Marunouchi North exit, there is a basement lift lobby which brings you straight to the lobby on the 7th floor. Very comfortable stay with a view of the train station.

Good size rooms for a Japanese hotel. Very clean and staff are friendly. There are no facilities for people who are travelling i.e. gym, pool, etc. They do have a great cigar bar though and the restaraunts are good. The breakfast is one of the poorest I have ever eaten i.e. selection is poor and limited options. Normally very crowded... More

After a corporate training in Nagoya, I decided to spend a few days in Tokyo as this was my first time in Japan. After searching for hotels, I found the Marunouchi on TripAdvisor and decided to book a room directly with the hotel. The property is located right across from the main train station in Tokyo, giving you walking distance... More

Wow. I travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of four seasons and park hyatts, and this gem more than match those. Amazing views from room. Amazing views from restaurant. It is perfect. Rooms are actually large by Japanese standard. It is in one of the fanciest locales in Tokyo. Also, if you plan to travel to other... More

The Marunouchi Hotel, right next to the Tokyo Station, is a modern, chic international hotel with excellent service, reasonable prices, and slightly larger than average hotel rooms. Well-appointed and comfortable, it provides everything you need - especially for business travel - with the exception of a gym.

If you land at Narita Airport, Narita Express will bring you straight to Tokyo Station in almost exactly 1 hour, with minimal number of stops in between. The Marunouchi is literally right across the street from Tokyo Station. You can get to it via an underground walkway without even surfacing from the station. That means a lot as you can take the Narita Expresss and avoid costly and slow moving cabs. The hotel is also perched over an upscale mall with plenty of dinning options. The hotel... More
