This ideally located and historically charming luxury hotel offers the ideal location in Tokyo to see the city, explore the surrounding areas on day trips, or just dash to the airport. Located in the original Tokyo Train Station red brick building, the hotel is a very long and narrow collection of rooms that range from small to medium sized with...

Area around hotel is under construction so the taxi driver had a tough time finding the drop off point, which is underground. From drop off take elevator up to the lobby to check in. Quick and easy process and escorted to room by hotel staff to explain details regarding the room. Two single beds, very high ceilings and very nice...

An unusual location to spend the night. The building is gorgeous and the rooms nicely renovated. We enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel and the kindness of the staff. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed! The selection of both occidental and Japanese specialities is amazing. The only blemish we found was the room service: poor choice and average...

From our gracious airport pick up to our escort to our departure platform at the train station, this hotel never misses a beat. We had a wonderful dinner in the hotels Japanese restaurant, which they held open late for us. On our return to Tokyo we were met again at our train platform and escorted to the Narita Express! Such...

We recently spent 4 nights at the Tokyo Station Hotel in a palace side king room and couldn't have been happier! The hotel is well situated, being literally above Tokyo Station itself. This made for easy access via the Narita Express train from the airport. The rooms are generously sized and the bathrooms huge by Japanese standards - the waterfall...

Whenever I stay at a hotel, it is always the staff that makes a difference. The counter staff, concierge and bellboy remembered me when I returned from my outing. I like their personalized greeting. The general manager's personal note and little gifts like Bvlgari chocolates and traditional Japanese red bean cakes inside the room also made a huge difference. Among...

This was one of those that was rated fairly well, but you never know. We lucked out. Got it at a very good price and turned out to be wonderful. The rooms are small, as in most big cities, but nicely appointed and a very nice view. The bathrooms are wonderful with a delightful shower and tub, plus a heated...

Nice hotel - large rooms but you pay for them. Great location at Tokyo station allowing access to the JR line and a direct route to Narita airport making life easy. A couple of downsides for me where the fact that the hotel is located in a business district which means you need to travel to find nightlife and good...

5 nights over 2 separate visits in Nov 2016 Served its purpose very well. Hotel: Very good functional modern hotel, clearly had a recent refurb which is always better. Very central and very convenient location for getting around Tokyo, airport access and onward train travel. Modern with some character. Friendly and professional staff. As usual in Japan, very good service...

We stayed here for 1 night as we were arriving by train after skiing near Nagano and were leaving from Narita airport the next afternoon. It was very difficult to find the hotel from the train station and we spent a frustrating half hour going around Tokyo Central station trying to find the right exit to access the hotel. The rooms...
