We stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel for an overnight. Checking in was quick and efficient. Our dome view room was small but adequate for our short stay. The breakfast buffet was the best we've seen in any hotel anywhere. Staff were attentive, and we appreciated being able to do a walking circumnavigation of the Imperial Palace before breakfast. Great...

We came in from Osaka on a cold drizzly evening and after trudging all over the vast and crowded Tokyo station reached the hotel whose frontage is currently under renovation and hence the signage to the entrance is poor. We had chosen a Dome room as we were staying just for a night and was taken up by the description...

My wife and I recently stayed here and we were very impressed. The hotel is luxurious and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The location is great and the staff will arrange to meet you at the Narita Express platform at Tokyo Station when you arrive(and also help with departure from the station) to the airport making...

I first thought about this hotel when I was considering Tokyo and earthquakes. Maybe a really old hotel that had survived one hundred years and that was a few stories high might be a good idea? Once these somewhat flippant thoughts had passed, the hotel seemed like a great idea for a first night in Japan. So it proved to...

My friend and I spent our first night in Japan here. We arrived at separate airports and met at the hotel. Wow, what a great idea! It is beautifully furnished, impeccable staff. Our room was one of the nicest I've stayed in, and I have stayed in many fine hotels. When I checked in, the desk clerk knew who I...

This is one of those hotels where management has anticipated and implemented almost everything (facility and services) guests could want. Because of that, it makes a great final stop on a trip to Japan - better to end with a topflight hotel than begin there and then have all your other lodgings pale in comparison. The location at Tokyo Station...

We stayed at this hotel during our recent trip to Japan. The hotel is In a great location especially for those using a JR Pass as it gives you direct access to the JR loop line around Tokyo which is a great alternative to the subway for some of the top spots. The hotel is in a beautiful building, very...

From service, location, comfort and facilities, the Tokyo Station Hotel has it all. From the moment we stepped in to the minute we left during our two nights stay, we were treated as if we were frequent guests although it was our first time. We wanted to stay two more nights but the hotel was fully booked. The room was...

Staying at this hotel is like stepping back in time and being part of history. Very easy access from Tokyo Station, just take the Marunouchi south exit and turn right after exiting the ticket gates. We requested a dome view room which was really interesting looking out at people coming and going through the station hall. Very attentive welcome and...
